A good college for off-campus placements.
Placements: College has a training and placement cell that helps students and provides placements. Companies like Deloitte, EY (Building a better working world), Toppr, CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), Cognizant, BYJU'S The Learning App, Tata Power, Flipkart, and Wipro are partners with the college.
Infrastructure: Hostel is well-maintained and attached to the college campus, but it is only for girls, in our college, there is no hostel for boys. There is a cutoff system to avail the college hostel facility. Hostels are cleaned regularly by the housekeeping staff, and they also provide security to the students.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. Semester exams are easy if you study well, and teachers cooperate with you very well if you are regular and attentive in the classroom and submit the assignments on time. They will give you good internal marks, but according to your performance.

The college is worth it if you are aiming for the degree only, so don’t expect much.
Placements: Less than 50% of students in our course were placed. While I am not fully aware of the highest or lowest package offered, I applied for a position offering a package of 7 LPA for the role of relationship manager at ICICI Bank. The major recruiters for our course include Accenture, Wipro, and, to some extent, Genpact. Less than 30% of students secured internships. While specific company details are limited, internship opportunities are available in the corporate sector. Most positions available revolved around sales and marketing, which aligns with the general scope of our curriculum.
Infrastructure: Overall infrastructure is fine, but there is no hostel or common room for boys. Only a girls’ hostel and girls’ common room are available. While the college provides Wi-Fi connectivity, its speed and consistency can vary across different areas on campus. Most classrooms are well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with projectors and whiteboards, ensuring a comfortable learning environment. Library is one of the strongest assets of the college, offering a wide collection of books related to economics, English literature, and General studies.
Faculty: If I talk about my department, which is Economics, I would say that it has the best faculty of Maharaja Agrasen College. I can say that the best teachers and professors are from the Department of Economics, whether it’s about academics or help. Maharaja Agrasen College offers a balanced academic environment with a strong focus on theoretical learning, complemented by extracurricular opportunities. As a student of the B.A. Programme with an English + Economics combination, I have had a mixed experience in terms of placements and internships.
Other: I opted for the B.A. Programme with Economics as a major because it offers a balance between analytical thinking and creativity. Economics provides a structured understanding of financial systems, market trends, and global economic developments.

Placements and internships are poor but infrastructure is good.
Placements: Placements in the college are not very good. Mostly NGO companies come to college for placements. Sales and marketing companies don't usually come to our college for placements or internships. This field needs to be improved.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is quite good. Classes have projectors, new desks, and a clean environment. Wi-Fi is decent. Some areas of the college don't have a Wi-Fi network. Labs are amazing. The canteen is decent. The food quality is also decent. The ground is quite big for sports and other activities.
Faculty: Faculty members in the college are good. Most teachers are knowledgeable and try their best to give quality teaching. Semester exams also give a challenge for students to test their learning and knowledge. The pass percentage is quite good and not that many students get essential repeats.
Other: My course is computer applications and economics. The course provides practical skills in technology and computers by teaching coding languages and other skills like data mining and computer architecture. Events and fests are amazing. Fest season feels more enjoyable and lively. Crowd density is high in event and fest seasons but not that much on normal days.

I'm not satisfied with the admin staff because they are so rude, but teachers are top-notch.
Placements: None of the students got selected from my course for internship. The highest package is 10 LPA and the lowest package is 1 LPA. SBI company participated for the recruitment on my campus. 10% of students got internships from my course. Manager role is offered by the companies.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi doesn't work properly. Labs have a projector but they never use it. The canteen food is good. The classrooms are very spacious in my college. Library has all types of books. Campus is very clean. For medical emergencies, they have only one doctor or nurse and they provide basic medicines. Sports and games equipment are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. They are professional. Course curriculum isn't relevant. Semester exams are very easy because my subject is not that hard but sometimes it is hard but teachers clear the doubt even online.
Other: Coincidentally I got the seat. The best thing was I learn about office management throughout the course. Fest are so below the average throughout my college journey.

From all perspectives, my college is the best.
Placements: Basically, my college organizes a job fair every year. With the help of the training placement cell, 20+ companies attend and select students based on specific criteria. They needed this, so my college is average in this regard. Very few students from my course apply because it's primarily focused on Political Science Honors.
Infrastructure: Our college's infrastructure is much better than any other college at Delhi University or any private college, according to students. We offer better water facilities, Wi-Fi, a library, classrooms, smart classes, and air-conditioned rooms in a few classrooms. However, the hostel is only for girls, which is a downside for our college. Otherwise, it’s good.
Faculty: The teaching quality at our college is excellent; the teachers are knowledgeable and well-qualified. They have a good understanding of their subjects and are very helpful. Additionally, students also take an interest in the subjects. So, all these factors make our college good.
Other: I chose this course because my background is in humanities, and I am also interested in this field. That's why I prefer this course.

    Overall, college is good.
Placements: There is a placements cell in the college that looks after the placements procedures for students and provides them with high opportunities. Our college is very good for placements and all students get placed with a good package. I have a lot of experience.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of college is good. I think it is one of the best infrastructures among all the colleges in the University of Delhi. Library facilities are also one of the best. I can't say anything about the college auditorium it is fabulous.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. My honest review of the teachers is that they are good in every aspect. They speak to each student politely, and no one complains about them. Semester exams are much easier because the teachers prepare each student individually.
Other: I chose Business Economics because I want to pursue an MBA.
