Review of Maharaja Agrasen College.
Placements: The placement offered in this college is pretty good as the average package is around 6 LPA and the highest is 25 LPA but most of the placement data given on the website is off-campus. As it is one of the best colleges in IPU. Placement is decent.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is pretty good as compared to other IPU colleges. There is a separate building for the library in the college. The labs, classes, and blocks are all well-structured with computers and AC in every classroom and lab as well.
Faculty: The faculty here is very good, qualified, and supportive. Few are strict but few are lenient. You can get good internal marks easily if you put in even your 40 percent in labs, attendance, mid-semester exams, and assignments. Even if you are not good at studies you can at least pass a race.
Other: You can come to this college if you have a low rank and want a decent college in Delhi.

A good and decent college.
Placements: Companies do come to our college. My senior got placed in Deloitte, and he was very average but got a good package. This year is going to be very good for decent students and amazing for studious students. Like, if you are a good student, you'll get 8 to 15 LPA very easily.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good in our college. The new building is way too cool, and there are 5 canteens in our college, so you don't need to worry about food. In old buildings, there is a default that AC might not work sometimes, but the best thing is there are no CCTV cameras in old buildings.
Faculty: Faculty is very good. Every single teacher considers you in class and notices your point, but this is the case for all B. Tech branches other than ECE. The teachers in ECE are very strict; they will not give you marks in internal exams just because of their ego.

My college is my choice, a good choice.
Placements: The highest package of last year was around 64 LPA, and the lowest was around 4 LPA. It has a decent placement record, you can only get placed if you have skills. The top companies that visited the college are Infosys, Amazon, etc. Also, Amazon have a works tie-up.
Infrastructure: Faculty are good, and quite helpful, and they also help when help is needed. Lawns are also well-equipped, and Wi-Fi strength is good. However, sports facilities are below average, and there are no major events related to them. Hence, quite good.
Faculty: There are three exams in each semester. Two are mid-semester exams, and one is the end-of-semester exam. The mid-semester exams are of 30 marks, the end-of-semester exams are of 60 marks, and 40 marks are internal based on your lab performance and mid-semester marks.

Placements are average in our college, and most of the students get placed in IT companies only with very low salary packages.

This college is average in my impression. Placements are okay compared to other 3rd-tier colleges.
Placements: I don't have an exact number but atleast 20-25 students you can expect that get placed from the ECE branch out of 60 students. The highest package is about 50 LPA - 60 LPA and don't know about the lowest. Top recruiting companies are ZS, Microsoft, Flipkart, and Google. In my 1st year batch only 2-3 students are getting internships in DRDO I guess.
Infrastructure: Facilities at this college are not that special. They have library, labs, and Wi-Fi. I have not used library that much so it looks okay to me and for the labs it's more like you get in the average private school (old apparatus). Don't know about hostel as I am a day scholar. Canteen is good and maintains hygiene. They have good medical facility, but for sports it's bad.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful. They help you with any kind of doubts. Overall, all teachers are nice, you may get good marks from them. As for the difficulty of exam, it's not that hard you can get good marks by studying 1 week before the exams. Passing marks for each subject is 40 out of 100.

It's not as good as I expected, it to be or as it is projected.
Placements: Placements are majority off-campus, and very less companies visit the college. But placements do happen, and the placement cell is active. This year the maximum placements are above 50 LPA with about 100 students placed above 10 LPA. This record is shown everywhere.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very bad. Its bad in every aspect be it Wi-Fi, labs, classroom, or library. The whole college has only one Wi-Fi and its not working. Its range is also very less. College is very small and sports are not even their slightest concern. Canteens are okay.
Faculty: Faculty members are okay. Curriculum majority of mostly outdated. Exams happen a lot and if you want to score marks it is pretty easy. Scoring CGPA is a piece of cake, if you want only marks then it's good. You have to get more than 40 to pass a subject out of 100 which 40 are internal and 60 are external. If you are a bit sincere also you will also get more than 35 on every subject easily.

Decent Placement records and average infrastructure.
Placements: The average package offered at our college for the CSE and IT branches is 7 to 8 Lacs per annum while for the core branches the average package is quite less i. e. around 5 Lacs per annum. The major companies recruiting are ZS, Accenture, TCS, Wipro etc. The internship scene at our college is not that good if you want to get an internship the college won't help you a lot in that. Overall the college placements are decent.
Infrastructure: The campus is moderate in size. It includes all facilities, labs, canteens and courts for all sports. Only boys hostel is available but PG and rental flats are available, which are very close to the college. The college library provides course books on semester, please through book bank.
Faculty: The faculty at our college is experienced and approachable, they are always ready to guide students. The curriculum is well-structured and regularly updated to stay relevant to industry standards. Exams are conducted at the end of each semester, focusing on both theoretical knowledge and practical applications.

Overall I will be satisfied with this course.
Placements: The placements at this college are okay. Most of the companies that come for recruitment want students from CS or related branches. No companies for the core branch come to this college and we have to search outside campus for placement opportunities in core companies. However, the placement for CS and software branches is quite good.
Infrastructure: The area of the college is like a school and college finishes as soon as you enter the campus. No free Wi-Fi is available for the students. Medical facilities are not that good. Some of the classes do not have ACs at all and the condition of the girl's washrooms is just okay. No girl's hostel is available.
Faculty: The faculty is average. The exams are easy to pass. The curriculum is quite easy too. The main purpose of this curriculum is that students pass their exams. Many times Exam papers do not follow the updated curriculum and papers come out of the syllabus. Twice it has happened.

Budget-friendly, well-connected, and developed.
Placements: At least 20 to 30 percent of students get placed, and the average package for CSE students is around 5 LPA. It’s a bit difficult to get placed if you are from a department other than CSE. The highest package is 52 LPA, while the lowest is 4.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is nice, with Wi-Fi available in all classrooms. The library, classrooms, and labs are well maintained. Good quality food is available in the hostel mess, and there are 4 to 5 canteens in the college.
Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and qualified, and they are experts in their respective fields with good teaching quality. If you are interested in core branches, it is helpful in making you industry-ready. Semester exams are not too tough; with a little effort, it’s easy to clear them.

Nearly impossible to get admission now because all the admission proceedings have ended. But you can try in some private ones which are situated on the outskirts of Delhi. They intake of students is till mid September. Some of the institutes includes Manav Rachna, Galgotia and Amity.
