Dissatisfied with the faculty, placements are decent, and good crowd, etc.
Placements: As a first year student, the placements are average here. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA. Amazon used to come in 2021, but since then, it has not come here. If you have skills, you will be placed with a good package.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are just like school, with wooden desks and old whiteboards with no smart board. There are two ACs in each classroom, which is a good thing, but sometimes its not working. If we talk about, for example, labs, CSE labs, AI labs, Chemistry labs, then they are well maintained, and the facilities are pretty good in the labs.
Faculty: Teachers are very decent, not much interaction, just completing the course, and no matter whether the students understand the concept or not. The curriculum is, however, the same as that of almost every college in India. Though teachers are usually strict and do not stretch the deadline for attendance, they may even extend the date for submission of assignments and other materials.
Other: If you do not get into an IIT, IIIT, NIT, DTU, or NSUT, then it can be an option for you.

The faculty members are satisfactory, placement is average, and the campus is small but decent.
Placements: 60% is last year's placement percentage, with the highest package of 64 LPA and the lowest 3.5 LPA. The average package is around 6-8 LPA. Some good recruiters come for hiring. Overall, the college ROI is decent.
Infrastructure: Our college classrooms are good, and the labs are well-equipped with Wi-Fi facilities. There are canteens on the college campus, with one main canteen. There is also a common, decent playground for football, cricket, and other games. Medical facilities are also provided.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course is overall good, and the curriculum is relevant. You also need to work hard to make yourself industry-ready or job-ready. Semester exams are not tough in this college. You can easily score decent marks in exams.

I am dissatisfied because there is no campus life.
Placements: Around 60% of students in my course are placed. The highest package offered by Deeshaw is 62 LPA, and the lowest salary is 1.8 LPA. Deeshaw is the top recruiting company. Students got internships on their own by trying off-campus by cracking GSOC. As far as I know SDE is the top role offered.
Infrastructure: Classes are much more like school and desks are also like school. AC is present but needs servicing. Wi-Fi is present in auditorium and in classes students don't have access. I have taken PG so, I don't have any idea about hostel. But for sports, there is one open ground. We have one basketball court. Indoor badminton court is also there. For medical facilities, there is a room.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. But some deliver it properly while others can't. Mostly teachers have Ph.D. degrees. I don't think that the course curriculum is relevant because it still doesn't focus on new ways of learning by adding topics relevant to industry. Semester exams are medium and not that tough. 40% is the passing percentage.

The reality of Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT).
Placements: B.Tech in Information Technology is one of the best courses at MAIT. The percentage of students that are placed is really good 80%. The highest package of the year 2025 is 65 LPA, which are offered to 2 students, and the minimum package is 3 LPA. Internships provided by the college campus are pretty good, and there are many opportunities to grab internships in events like Internship Mela.
Infrastructure: The campus size is small, but classrooms are air-conditioned, and washrooms have good hygiene. Many labs are there with such good equipment, and the lab staff is also helpful, but the Wi-Fi facilities are bad. The library is the best place at MAIT, it has all books you need and computers to help students study. Sports and games facilities are not pretty good, and sports ground is also small. Sports equipment is barely provided by the college.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful and supportive towards students, well-qualified, and also help students in getting internships outside of the college. The course curriculum is sufficient to make students industry-ready, but some subjects are not necessary for students. The Semester exams are difficult level is good for students to make them hardworking. Two mid-sems are also there in MAIT. The pass percentage is almost 95%.
Other: B.Tech in Information Technology provides many opportunities in the industry for jobs. One thing I wish to improve is removing the assignment system, as it is a waste of time according to me rather than this, projects should be given to students to make them more ready for practical work. Events and fests are not held much at MAIT because the management prefers to study more. Staff and faculty members are really helpful to students in getting scholarships.

It is not much good college. If students rank is not very good, then only join this college.
Placements: Campus placements start from the 7th semester. About 45-50 companies visit the campus for placements. Some of the companies that visited the college on campus last year are DE Shaw, ION, Josh Technologies, Deloitte, RDTS, Accenture, Infosys, ZS Associate, ITC, etc. The highest package is 50 LPA. The package offered by ZS Associate is 11 LPA. The package offered by ION is more than 16 LPA. The package offered by Josh is 9 LPA. The package offered by Accenture is 4 LPA. The package offered by Deloitte is 7.6 LPA. The percentage of students who get placed is 70-80%.
Infrastructure: One of the best memories I have of college is living in a college hostel. The comfort and the way we see things are a bit different to hostellers when compared to students who stay at PG or at home. We will get to interact with students from different years and different branches. We will also get to know a lot of things from them. Seniors are always helpful, and we just need to maintain good interaction with them. The infrastructure is not much up to the mark but okay. The hostel is not very good as compared to the price. Sports like volleyball and basketball are prevalent here. A lot of the books are present in the library. We can issue them any time and the library has 4 floors, so there is plenty of space.
Faculty: Faculty to student ratio is 1:30. Faculty members and students relationship is approachable. Almost all the faculty members are easy-going and willing to help. There are 2 exams, and I think it has changed for the juniors. For us, it was a mid-semester exam of 40 marks and an end-semester exam of 60 marks. Internal exams are important so do not sack off. It is easy but we need to study. Usually, no one fails in the mid-semester exam but in end semester exam, if we do not study, we will fail. It is easy to score above 7 CGPA and even more than 8 CGPA.
Other: An annual fest is conducted in a good and lively manner. Last year Raftaar was here. Apart from that, there are different clubs as well like the literary club, the dance club, the consulting club, etc.
