I got placement with a package of 12 Lakh per annum.
Placements: Almost all our batchmates were placed in my course. The highest package offered in our course was 42 Lacs per annum and the lowest was 10 Lacs per annum. Even I got placement with 12 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies are Oracle, Microsoft etc. All students got internship from the course and that too in reputed companies. Top roles offered were senior engineer.
Infrastructure: The hostel was not so good. The rooms were too small for four seater. The mess food was also bad no non veg items are served. Dal was watery. The classrooms were okay with comfortable chairs. The medical facility is very good. They have a inbuild hospital inside campus specially for the students.
Faculty: The faculty members were qualified and their teaching is superb. The course comprised everything related to industry. It makes the students industry ready. The teachers are always ready to help whenever required even after their classes are over. Anyone can go to them when required.
Other: I choose this course because my parents insisted me to do so but after joining this course I was so happy. Every engineering student should do their engineering from here. It is the best for engineering in whole Kanpur. Tbe campus is very much crowded. They organize annual fests to keep the students engaged.

Average but they are working on it which is good.
Placements: 1) 60% students were placed. 2)the highest salary 30000 per month, the lowest salary 9000 per month, average salary 15000 per month 3) Capgemini, Ericsson, Nucleous software, infomatica, mobilite were the top recruiters. 4) software engineer, analyst, Traniee, software developer were the top roles offered. 5) 40% from my course were placed in Nucleous software.
Infrastructure: 1) Facilities were average, classroom were good, labs do not contain new equipment and we go to labs rarely, even labs assistance were not much educated. We have outdated equipment. In our library most of the books were of foreign writers, which do not contain that topic which is in the syllabus 2) canteen is fine and as I am a day scholar so could not experience hostel life.
Faculty: 1) Yes some teachers were very helpful but some do the job of just completing the course and giving us notes Some teachers were qualified some were not as much Teaching quality of some teacher were very good but some were very poor, depends on how much knowledge they have. 2) Course curriculum is not much relevant as per me. It can be if we were made to focus more on practice knowledge than just maintaining our attendance.
Other: 1) Nothing much about the course at the time of admission I found it very interesting by just visualizing in mind. 2) Way of teaching should improve and focus on practical knowledge knowledge. 3) yes college takes part in events, fest, extra curricular activities.

Good but not so good due to bad policy and facilities.
Placements: Only 20% of the students got placed from my branch, and 20% of the students got placed in other branches. The highest salary offered is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Capgemini, Informatica. The top role offered is a software developer. The highest salary offered is package 6 LPA, the lowest is 1.5 LPA in our course. No student got an internship.
Infrastructure: When I joined college only for 15 days Wi-Fi facility is provided rest four years no Wi-Fi, labs have outdated machines, classrooms are good, the library has old books. Mess food available is not good, medical facilities are available with fees, sports hardly anything.
Faculty: All teachers were helpful, well educated and had sound knowledge in their particular domain. Teaching quality was good. The course curriculum was not relevant. It was a too old course which cannot meet current company standard. It was all waste no practical knowledge at all.
Other: To learn a wide variety of thing and in-depth knowledge about electronic items, I chose this course.

One of the great colleges in Kanpur.
Placements: The college has a big chain of companies coming in during the placement session. The college has great placement record for the last 19 years. There is a separate T&P cell and administration for placements. Companies like ZTE, TCS, IGATE, and many more companies are visiting the college for placements. The college always conducts pool campus drives in the placement session. The faculty and alumni are very helpful for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of college is great. The college has many departments for all the engineering branches. There is a common auditorium for both medical and engineering students. There is good security for hostelers, and the college provides hostel facilities for both girls and boys. The college has a basketball court, cricket ground, TT, Walker's park, etc. The canteen is as good as it should be. Overall, it is a big campus with all the possible amenities.
Faculty: The course is regulated by AKTU. All the faculty members are PhD holders, and some of them are pursuing PhD. Attendance is mandatory and monitored online. The lab and library are full of essentials, and the classrooms and doubt clearing sessions are monitored by HOD. The college and faculty members are simply great.
Other: A great college to pursue professional courses. You will surely get a great college life experience.

Overall, the placements in our college were good.
Placements: From our batch of 120 students, almost 65 students got placed from the college. Almost 40 students got placed through walk-in interviews. The salary package offered ranged from 2.4 LPA to 4.8 LPA. Roles offered were a data analyst, in IT sectors, assembling units etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good. The campus was Wi-Fi enabled. The college has newly established high-tech labs and library. For medical facilities, a hospital was available on the campus. Every year, 3rd-year students organise the college annual function. Classrooms were well-furnished, and they were gallery classrooms. Quality of food available in the canteen was the best. The college provides separate hostel facilities for both boys and girls at affordable prices.
Faculty: Most of the teachers were well-qualified and have good communication skills. They were always ready to help the students. Chalkboard and projectors were used for teaching. The course curriculum of most of the branches was helpful during placements. The student to faculty ratio was 10:1.
Other: The college has good connectivity from the main road. The campus surroundings were healthy.

The best college for studies, and discipline is maintained on the campus.
Placements: Around 75% of students from the computer science branch are placed. Many reputed companies regularly visit the college and hire the students. They train students for placements from the first year so that students perform well in the placement exams and interviews.
Infrastructure: There are almost three different types of libraries. Each building has a computer lab. There are many technical labs for every department. Every year, they celebrate every festival in a grand way. Food in the canteen is of very good quality, and the price is affordable. Food is available all the time.
Faculty: All the teachers are either qualified with PhD or post graduation. That's the reason why they have high knowledge and experience. They help or suggest us for further studies, and they also provide job-related information. All the teachers have both technical knowledge and communication skills.

Satisfied with the placements but tnp cell should work more in this regard.
Placements: Placements in this college are mostly for the CSE. Some good companies come to the campus like Infogain, Nucleus Software etc. Various companies for marketing and sales also visit the campus. Placements for ME are good because of JBM. TNP cell should do some efforts for the better placements of all other branches like electrical, civil and electronics and communication engineering.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good in the college. Sometimes there are some issues related with the washrooms and drinking water. Other than that it can be said as good infrastructure. College ground is also there which is sufficient for sports like cricket and volleyball etc.
Faculty: Faculty members are good but not up to the mark in some branches like Civil. Faculty of ECE is good and same is applicable for ME and CSE. Faculty must concentrate on providing some practical knowledge like Mr. Ankit Jain provides in electronics and communication engineering department.
Other: Events are mostly for the hostelers. Involvement of day scholars is less. Annual fest may not happen. Same is applicable for freshers party.

Don't take admission here.
Placements: Only 30-40 student gets placement out of 300. And those 30-40 who gets placement, only because of their excellent communication skills. No core companies, only IT company of tier 3. the worst college in terms of placement. In my batch only few people got selected and they are working in IT company being an EC engineers.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure seriously needs dire reformation. Not even a single AC in HOD room. I will give only 0.75 out of 10 for infrastructure. There is no even the front GATE in college. The level of infrastructure is so bad that even they are unable to repair N BLOCK GATE which got broken because of us in 2015.
Faculty: Faculty is indeed worthless. They have their degrees from HBTI (suspicious), but still they don't know how to teach people. Not a single professor is from IIT or NIT. Only bookish knowledge, they are manufacturing book worms, who miserably fails in GATE and other PSU EXAM. Only local author books are used by professor.
Other: No events. This year our annual fest is not happening. Only few of the festival are celebrated like holy, Deepawali. Campus is really the worst. People are from eastern UP and BIHAR so you probably could have the idea about the surrounding and the environment. No scholarship, they only announce to save tax. No extracurricular activities. They are only making money out of us.
