Bangalore Marije College and Technology ultimate Graveyard of dreams and hope.
Placements: No placement support for students Have to do GME for being eligible Companies don't even consider for placements Very poor professional reputation BE not considered valid for sea service by companies GME is mandatory to join sea service anyways better to do B.E Mech from a reputed university or college.
Infrastructure: Food is 1/5 too bad even animals would reject this kind of food for once hygiene not at all roaches in plates and what not rates, and the worst is the complain redressal no, consideration to even the valid complain, the world has progress to 2026 the college remains in 1996.
Faculty: Faculty is decent but management being poor makes everything worse from books to teachers being restricted to the facilities being scarce management is to blame for all, competent at every level, not aware about their duties and tasks and least concerned about their responsibility .

If studies is all that you care about, then you are welcome here.
Placements: Honesty speaking, there is no such thing as placement in the above-mentioned college. But one can walk into his career goal by clearing examinations hosted by various shipping management companies. It works purely based on one's hard work and efforts. Here are many experienced faculty members who'll guide you to success.
Infrastructure: The college has a wonderful structural infrastructure resembling a ship with a spacious campus and marine workshops with a variety of valves, engines and other marine-related machinery, but that's the end of the good part. When it comes to the maintenance and providing basic amenities, it hits the bottom. There's no Wi-Fi facility provided to the scholars, though it was said to be provided. There is a low-maintained playground and a dripping classroom. Though with so much hardship, there is a little satisfaction as the food provided in the hostel mess is way good. There is neither scope nor encouragement for sports activities.
Faculty: Well-experienced faculty members in the marine department, which includes the chief engineer, 2nd engineer, and other course-based faculty members. The course curriculum mainly deals with the development of an efficient engineer who is well-versed in the operation of various marine onboard machines and their maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
Other: This is the place only for studying, as there is no support for any other extra activities like festivals or events. The college doesn't organize or contribute to refreshing events. The majority of the fees are collected by the institute yet they have never been provided so far to conduct any activities. Students join hands together to add up a few bucks and organize small events by themselves.

Hello there, If you do not want to go for JEE then you can go for other engineering exams for various colleges and universities. There are a lot of good private colleges as well as state-funded colleges which can help you in shaping your career in engineering. Hope this will help. Best of luck!
