I am very satisfied with my education.
Placements: Medium placement in this course. I don't have much idea because I am a new student. But overall placement is good, as I have heard from seniors. In my course, there is not much placement. In our course, Hindi and Political Science placement is very low at the college level. But there are many other opportunities I see, but they are not as good as I thought, as our seniors said.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and basic facilities are nice. There is a lack of hostel facilities for students who are facing financial problems. The Wi-Fi connection is very poor. There are network issues throughout the college. Classrooms are also very clean. Many classrooms have fans, so the classroom facilities are good. I think I am satisfied. Our library is also very big. There are many books and newspapers that you can read there. The library facilities are very good, and everything is provided there.
Faculty: Everything is perfect in this regard. Professors are also very well-qualified and educated. There is huge scope for ECA. But I don't know about the exams because I have not taken them yet. In college, on a daily basis, there are some programs and seminars held. These are very useful and knowledgeable for us.

A student guide to Miranda House.
Placements: The latest placement cycle for Miranda House for the graduation batch of 2025-26 records over 200 students being placed. The highest, average, and lowest packages range from Rs. 24 LPA to 8.8 LPA in sectors such as consulting, finance and banking, technology, education, sales, operations/HR, etc. Some notable recruiters are KPMG, Barclays, ZS Associates, Accenture, ICICI Bank, BCG, Yes Bank, etc. For B.A. Programme students especially, placement outcomes can vary depending on the combination and skill sets. Internship opportunities are another add-on, with the highest internship stipend reaching up to Rs. 3 Lacs in policy, research, etc.
Infrastructure: The vast campus of Miranda House is not just designed with heritage buildings and greenery but also accommodates every form of facility a student may need in modern times. We have more than 110 lecture halls, with most of them ICT-enabled. We also have advanced laboratories and research-oriented equipment. Our campus is also Wi-Fi enabled. We have one of the largest libraries in Delhi University, with availability of books, magazines, e-resources, and much more, such as the Amba Dalmia Resource Centre, providing accessible technology and resources.
Faculty: Experienced and academically skilled faculty, particularly in the Political Science department. A mentor-mentee system is provided to help students and provide guidance. Teaching is not limited to lectures but also encourages debates and exposure. For the curriculum, we follow the NEP 2022 system. We have 2 DSCS alongside which we have GE, SEC, VAC, AEC courses, allowing us to explore a wide variety of subjects. The semester exams are meant not just to judge your learning capabilities but also your skill-based and value-based knowledge.
Other: The campus life at Miranda House is vibrant, with a welcoming atmosphere and its red-brick British architecture on display. The college being in North Campus is a big advantage. We have easy access to other DU colleges, inter-college events, and competitions. With students from diverse disciplines, Miranda provides opportunities to everyone. Tempest, the major highlight of the year, is one of the best DU fests. Overall, Miranda is not just academics but societies, events, internships, networking, and whatnot.

Miranda is every girl's dream.
Placements: I was a student of B.A. Multidisciplinary (Political Science and Hindi). Students from my college and department get internships from various reputed government organizations. It includes NITI Aayog, the Ministry of Culture, the Archaeological Survey of India, and think tanks like Manthan. Internships are also available in Madhya Pradesh offices across various verticals. Since the multidisciplinary department is very vast.
Infrastructure: The environment, greenery, red brick buildings, and classrooms. It makes every corner of the campus feel full of spirit, with cats that lighten up the mood. We have a really big library with access to the best study materials, along with specific corners equipped with PCs for differently-abled students. The college canteen is subsidized and serves good food. The Millet Centre also provides good food. We have auditoriums, a medical room, a basketball court, a tennis court, and NCC grounds. Hostel seats are limited and depend on merit and course; it is a privilege to live in the MH hostel.
Faculty: Professors here are highly qualified. Many are often alumni of college. They offer meaningful discussions in classroom. They provide all required study materials. They are easy to approach and understand. The relevance of the curriculum, as it is decided by higher authorities, can be debated, but the professors give their best to help students understand the subjects. Tests are conducted regularly. Group projects, PPT presentations, and reviews are there. They are assigned for learning and evaluation.
Other: Apart from the Annual College Fest Tempest, other events take place throughout the year. There is never a dull day at Miranda, with seminars, MUNs, and engaging events. The crowd is very nice, full of intelligent, creative, and confident young women.

In our college, infrastructure, placements, and faculty members are good.
Placements: The Miranda House's official website provided an opportunity to apply for placement cell and then provided updates on companies that had joined the company. At the same time, most students chose to continue their studies after receiving a bachelor's degree.
Infrastructure: The laboratory was properly coordinated with all systems in working order. Dormitories were available to students who met the criteria for university housing. Students who could not afford university housing apply for undergraduate housing at the University of Delhi.
Faculty: Miranda House was one of the best colleges in India. It had maintained a top ranking for the previous 5 years. The teaching was highly regarded, and classes started early in the morning. Our teachers were extremely helpful in simply explaining everything. Our faculty members were good.

Absolutely love the college and love the crowd, the faculty, the resources, the outreach.
Placements: Look because I am doing B.A. programme course with Hindi and Political Science there are no such options for placements but yes asking about my other friends from B.Sc. fields they have plenty of chances of placements. Moreover, taking about my course so after this you can apply for government jobs and Hindi as a subject gives us a vast aspect of government. Job opportunities which we might not had earlier. Even Miranda House faculty is really knowledgeable and many students get jobs in the bureaucracy from our field.
Infrastructure: So above all mentioned facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, most classrooms with air conditioned, a whole building for library everything is available and Miranda House is even known for its aesthetics in the whole North Campus and a lots of events keep taking place, even the canteen food is brilliant remarkable. About hostel is that they are spacious enough that one can easily live there with as such no difficulties.
Faculty: I really love the college faculty and the crowd and the teaching quality was good but only a few teachers methods were confusing rather everything was good even the exams were lengthy but still can be easily passed. And pass percentage is 33% as every other du college and also there is a requirement of 67.7% attendance but there is no tension about that because you can still give the exams and pass after signing the undertaking but the marks for the attendance won't be given.
Other: We have a lots of trips to different cities of India and there is some event going on every other day and the fiesta are also very popular here. And a lot of big personalities and actors come in our college.
