The cutoff trend for B.Tech at NIT Jalandhar has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 11547. Candidates seeking admission to NIT Jalandhar BTech courses must have passed Class 12 with 75% aggregate with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects (for SC/ST 65% aggregate is required).
