After the board exams, students get 1-2 months' time where they can focus entirely on JEE Main. In the next two months focus on solving questions of JEE Main and analyzing the mistakes being made, if any. The last month should be focused on solving mock tests and JEE Main previous year question papers.

NIT Patna BArch Application Process 2024

Students fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply for admission. For the entrance exams, students have to apply separately on the respective official websites. After securing a valid score in the accepted exams, students need to register for JoSAA counselling. The process to register for JEE Main paper-II is as follows:

Visit the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Select the option that says "New Candidate Registration".
Complete the registration form with the necessary data, then click on the "submit" button. A login ID and password will be sent to the registered mobile phone or email ID.
Login using the details provided and fill in all the information asked in the application form. After this the documents and photographs should be scanned and uploaded.
The next step is to pay the application fee through Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI.
After the application fees has been paid, the application form will be instantly submitted. The confirmation page or PDF of the completed form will be sent to the candidate email ID.

NOTE: Aspirants must select JEE Main paper-II while filling out the application.

Best college with world-class facilities.

Placements: The overall placement percentage of students is 86%. It is important to maintain a CGPA above 8.1. People here get packages of around 32 LPA with good effort, and one of my seniors got a placement of 65 LPA. Internship offers start from the 2nd year, and many people get pre-placement offers. The average package is around 22 LPA. During the internship period, companies like Microsoft, Oracle, Texas, and Uber come to NITK, and 78% of the interns get placed based on their performance in the companies.

Infrastructure: The facilities provided to us are very good. Wi-Fi facility quality is also excellent. Classrooms are well-maintained and have Wi-Fi access. Regarding hostels, the food which is available is average. Medical facilities, sports, and games are also well-maintained. Also, there are football, cricket, basketball, and many other game grounds.

Faculty: Our faculty members are well-educated and highly knowledgeable. They have a lot of knowledge, but they lack in teaching sometimes. The course curriculum is up to date. It is helpful in making students industry-ready for the core jobs. However, students prefer the software field. Semester exams are difficult but can be passed if studied well. The pass percentage is around 96%.

Dream of every serious aspirants.

Placements: 90% of students get placed every year. Top recruiting companies are Reliance, UTS, Birla, and many more, as per my knowledge. The highest package is 19 LPA. The average package is 9.5 LPA, and the lowest salary is 7 LPA. This data is from last year. All students get internships at least.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the hostel is good. Facilities are provided such as Wi-Fi, LAN, a study room, a laundry facility, and a night canteen in every hostel. The facility of the night canteen is from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Medical facilities are also available in the hostel. There is also a TV room in which you can watch movies, cricket matches, etc. Sports facility is also available.

Faculty: Professors are well-qualified but strict in college. The teaching quality varies for each faculty member. The course curriculum is good, ensuring that students gain basic knowledge from each branch in the first year and transition to core subjects in the second year. There are mid-semester exams (30 marks) and end-semester exams (100 marks, later converted to 50) for each semester. There are about two to three class tests for each subject. It is rare for students to fail.

Review of NIT Patna - National Institute of Technology.

Placements: In 2024, the placement rate for B.Arch students at NIT Patna was 55%. The highest package offered reached approximately 20 lakhs per annum, while the average package was around 10 lakhs per annum, and the median package offered was 6 lakhs per annum. Numerous top companies, including Oracle, Google, Samsung, CRED, and Adobe, participated in the placement drive. Additionally, 60% of students secured internships.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available in the college include a central library, computer center, design innovation center, smart classes, and lecture theater. The hostel is not in good condition. The food available in the mess and canteen is good except roti medicine is available in the hostel dispensary, many types of sports like volleyball, basketball, cricket, chess, and tennis are played in the college playground.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and their teaching quality is very good and helpful for making students for industrial purposes. The teaching quality is good. According to me the course curriculum is relevant. Exams are moderate. 85% of students passed in last semester's exam.

It is an average institute.

Placements: Around 80% to 85% of students get placed in our course. The highest salary package in our college is 45 LPA, the average salary package is 14 LPA, and the lowest salary package is 6 LPA. Companies like Aditya Birla, Tata, and PhonePe recruit students from our course. Every student gets an internship in the 2nd or 3rd year through hard work.

Infrastructure: Facilities available in our hostel include Wi-Fi, drinking water, lights, fans, and beds. Our college has fully air-conditioned classrooms. A central library is available on campus, and students can issue books. The quality of food in the mess is average. There are three canteens on campus, and the fast food is good. We have a small ground for playing different sports like volleyball, football, and cricket. However, only one sport, either cricket or football, can be played at a time.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful with studies and projects. They are qualified and very knowledgeable. We feel comfortable studying with them. In my opinion, the course curriculum is relevant and prepares us to manage future tasks. The mid-semester exams are good because teachers ask questions based on what they teach in class.

Good college for Architecture.

Placements: Placements are just pathetic for B.Arch courses at NIT Patna. There are a handful of companies that allow B.Arch students to sit for their placement that too for computer science and analyst roles. Average Salary is INR 8.80 lakh. Highest Salary is INR 43.17 lakh. Median Salary is INR 6.50 lakh. Major recruiting companies are ABB, Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, AFCONS Infrastructure, AMW Automobiles, and Godrej, etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities are quite good and labs are also good . WiFi is very slow and the library is well equipped. The hostel accommodates three people in a small room. It is heavily crowded and living there is like hell. Mess food is pathetic and very boring but it is acceptable.

Faculty: Faculty is worst, as you won't understand anything in class. You will have to rely on YouTube for each and every topic. Exams are extremely easy and you can pass it even without studying. Curriculum is quite relevant and it is of great use for a successful career in architecture.

The infrastructure is not that good and the new campus is under construction. The faculty is good.

Placements: In the department of architecture, 35 to 45 students are there in one batch. The highest package offered for architecture B.Arch is 52 lacs per annum, the lowest package offered is 6 lacs per annum and the average package is 13 lacs per annum. Top companies are Adani Group, Bushan Steels, Aditya Birla, etc. Graphic designers, interior designer, roles in urban development are offered.

Infrastructure: In our campus, 4 types of hostel are there for freshers, 2 of the hostels are too bad regarding the infrastructure and facilities. For seniors it is much better than other hostels. Unlimited WiFi is available and the food is better than the other hostels. Sports is good and there is an esports club too. There is a canteen available from 9 am till 9 pm.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified from IITs, NITs and SPAs. Their teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant, it’s not enough for the students and they’re not made industry ready. They also work outside during internships.The semester exams are actually tough and the exam invigilators are very strict.

Other: I was too curious and interested in the architecture course. This course has a wide range of job offers but it’s not good in our country as there is good value only for the experienced workers.
