Friendly faculty members and fun campus life.
Placements: I am a first-year student of this college. My course will finish in 2026. So, I don't know much about internships and placement processes. But this college has a good record in internships and placements. The internships are very worthy for the future. Students secure internships in top companies. We can also visit top IITs, etc.
Infrastructure: The campus infrastructure is very good. All the classrooms are modernly equipped. The library is huge with a large amount of books. There is also hostel facility available for students with proper meal service. Rooms are clean and food is good. Our college is filled with various programs, festivals, and many activities. We also have many sports facilities.
Faculty: All the teachers are extremely good. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. Their teaching method is very good. They help us in every aspect of our study life. The course curriculum is very relevant. The exams are held on a semester and mid-semester basis. Our college follows the grading system.
Other: As a first-year student, I like my college very much. The extracurricular activities are very refreshing to us students.

Ground reality of NIT Warangal by an M.Sc. Physics student.
Placements: In the M.Sc. Physics program, you can expect a good package compared to other colleges in India. Different students choose different job profiles based on their field of interest. Each year, the placement percentage is around 70 percent, which is good compared to other colleges in the same course.
Infrastructure: The campus of NIT Warangal is spread over an area of 248 acres. There are around 4 hostels present for the boys of B.Tech and M.Tech, and some combined boys and girls hostels for the Ph.D. students. There are four privately owned messes on the campus, namely IFCA, IFC B, C, and D. There is a hospital facility also available inside the campus to serve the students and faculty. One big stadium for cricket is also there.
Faculty: This course is mostly based on project work and fieldwork rather than working in front of the desktop. The teachers present at NIT Warangal are educated and awarded by the top institutions of the world. They will teach us in a very good manner so that you become able to face the upcoming companies' challenges.
Other: There are many clubs present inside the campus. You can choose whichever you want according to your interest, be it the dance and music club, martial arts club, literary and debate club, quiz club, coding clubs, or robotics club.

The best National Institute of Technology Warangal.
Placements: Currently, the placements for our course have not yet begun, as the first batch will graduate in the year 2025-26. We anticipate average placement statistics for this cohort, with the highest package expected to be around 24 LPA and the lowest package approximately 5 LPA. The average placement is projected to be between 7-8 LPA, while the median is estimated at around 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are quite good. The hostel fee is Rs. 1,800. The hostel accommodates a large number of students. The food in the IFC A mess is well-maintained, although I have not tried the other mess facilities, so I cannot comment on them. Additionally, there is another 1000-bed hostel designated for third- and fourth-year B.Tech students, as well as Ph.D. scholars.
Faculty: Faculty members are excellent and well-qualified, providing substantial support for both academic and personal issues. Notably, one of the chemistry professors holds a Ph.D. from IIT Bombay, and the mathematics instructor who teaches Ordinary Differential Equations is considered one of the best faculty members at the institute.
Other: This course offers numerous opportunities in the research field, and the available facilities are conducive to student success. The college also provides scholarships for economically disadvantaged students from Telangana. Furthermore, the sports facilities are among the best I have seen, benefiting many of us significantly.

Nitw itself tops in the placements every year and good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: As of now no one got graduated in my course and the 1st batch is to be graduated in 2026 and we will come to know about the placements after that and in integrated M.Sc. mathematics people will get good placements with good packages which will be equal to CSE placements.
Infrastructure: Nitw provides the same facilities as every IIT and NIT provides and the campus infrastructure is also very good and the best campus of all nits and better than many nits and the Wi-Fi is also very fast and it is spread all over the campus and the Labs are totally based on the modern technology and the classrooms are also digitalized Hostel are very good and the mess food is also good and there are many canteens in the campus that offer healthy food.
Faculty: Teachers are very highly qualified, and all professors are highly qualified with PhDs and postdocs, and the teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is relevant, and the course prepares students for the workforce. I don't believe anyone would fail semester exams after passing India's most difficult exam, JEE Mains, with a pass rate of 100%.

I like the campus very much; it's very green, and there's no pollution.
Placements: Placement and job opportunities are not great for M.Sc. Chemistry students; the maximum package was a mere 6.5 Lacs. Mostly coaching institutes come for hiring, with hardly one or two chemical/pharmaceutical companies visiting, and their packages are even lower! Coming to internships, yes, internships are provided, and the stipend is not much, but it's sufficient (around 6k a month). Internships are open to visiting students, not the institute's own students. Since the lab experiences are mostly good, the interns won't have a troublesome experience.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities have decent rooms, each consisting of two roommates, with proper lighting, ventilation, and a balcony in each room. The washrooms are kept pretty clean. The main highlight is the decent quality of the food, especially the curd, which I find very nice. It caters to people of all types, and anyone can enjoy it. The admission and hostel allocation process is quick, taking only 5 to 10 minutes once we arrive for registration. In case of a missed card, it's necessary to maintain it for 15 days, and there's a toy provided for it. The hostel fee stands at INR 29000 per year.
Faculty: The curriculum is quite good but exceedingly hectic, being highly demanding. There are 4 sets of exams: Minor I, Mid-Term, Minor II, and End-Term, in that order every semester. Practical exams only take place for Mid and End-Terms. Minor I carries 10 marks, Mid-Term 30 marks, Minor II 10 marks, and End-Term 50 marks. The marking is relative, and SGPA/CGPA is awarded out of 10 as per the credit allotted and grades scored. The class size is 57, and the course fee amounts to INR 79,000 per year.

Simple, for my course, don’t join if you want to do research or something in in science field.
Placements: The first batch of our course started in 2021, so they are still studying in the 4th year and have not yet graduated. However, those who left the college in the 3rd year have the option to exit and receive a three-year degree. Some are placed in Byju’s, some in local institute colleges as lecturers, some have gone into software, and some are currently pursuing Ph.D. (I am talking about the whole college). Mostly, everyone will get an internship here if you have the necessary skills and knowledge. The average package is 15 LPA, and the highest for M.Sc. students is nearly 21 LPA.
Infrastructure: The facilities are okay, like you can sustain here freely with no problem, but in the hostels, you may face Wi-Fi and hot water issues. The labs are very good, and the library is too good, but they won’t allow you to study for more time, as it closes early every day at 4. The classrooms are small, but you can adjust, and there are some smart boards and one projector-based classroom; they are fine. The main problem in this college is the food. There is no canteen, and the mess is worse. Medical facilities and sports are very good; you can play any game.
Faculty: Not all the teachers are qualified; they are like professors, but they don’t even know how to teach. However, some are good researchers. I don’t think our course will make you industry-ready. Exams in this college are not that hard; okay, you can read one day before and pass, but you need to listen in most classes, at least for attendance (80% criteria). You need a good CGPA to participate in extracurricular activities.
Other: I chose this course to do research and to become a professor, but I don’t know if I can get much knowledge from this, though I am trying to. Professors are not that helpful. You have to do it on your own, and they need to improve this course to be more practical instead of only theoretical. Coming to events and fests, here we have SPRING SPREE, a decent fest, but named as South India’s biggest tech fest. The crowd of your fellows is mostly good. The campus is so good and big; you can travel every day with no restrictions for boys and girls.
