Review of NIT Warangal - National Institute of Technology.
Placements: Placements here are well organized. Nearly 85% of students are eligible for placements, and 90% of them are already placed. The highest package this year is 1.25 crore, which is the highest package our college has ever seen. Most students from our branch get internships in consultancy and management.
Infrastructure: The classrooms in our branch department are very good and spacious. Wi-Fi is available in each classroom. Labs are well-maintained. The college library consists of more than 10 lakh books, which are open to everyone, and more than 10,000 e-books are also available. The hostels are good. The mess food is satisfactory. There is a food street as a canteen where we can get a variety of foods.
Faculty: Professors in our college are mostly members of high-level national and international organizations. Their teaching skills are very effective. They provide practical knowledge through labs and industrial visits. Exams are of a difficult to moderate level, where we can easily score around 60% marks. The passing percentage in our college is 70%.
Other: During JoSAA counseling, I got this course. The best thing about this course is that I gain practical knowledge about our surroundings. Some areas for improvement include updating the syllabus according to growing technology. Events and fests are one of the best aspects of our college. Scholarships are given to eligible students. The campus surroundings are really peaceful and calm. Extracurricular activities are mostly conducted by various clubs.

Faculty members are excellent and experienced. Hostel facilities are average.
Placements: 78% of students placed. The highest package is 30 LPA. The lowest is 4 LPA. L&T and many more companies visit our college for internships. Top roles offered are data analyst and site manager. Many students from our course got placed in IT companies. Very few of them got placed in the core. The average CTC is around 13 LPA. B.Teach placements are better than M.Teach placements.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available on campus and LAN is available in hostels. The labs are fully equipped and excellent. The library contains all types of books over 2 lacs books. The food can be rated 2 out of 5, medical and sports facilities are good. Few hostels provided for second-year students are not good. The rest of the hostels are good. The food is not good.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified with great experience. The teaching quality is Excellent. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not easy as well as not too difficult. The pass percentage is 50% of the class's average marks.

A beautiful experience in National Institute of Technology, Warangal.
Placements: The placement packages at NIT Warangal depend on the course. For example, the highest package for an ECE graduate is 1 crore, but for civil engineering students the average package is INR 7,00,000 per annum.
Infrastructure: The wardens are irresponsible, and the workers aren't doing their jobs properly. There are also a lot of issues with the mess. The food is often cold and the utensils are dirty. I am concerned about the health and safety of the students.
Faculty: The faculty and curriculum at this institute are very challenging. Exams are very strict, and there is no leaking of question papers or cheating. We have to prepare and write our own answers; no one, not even our friends, can help us.
Other: I'm pursuing my second year of B.Tech at the National Institute of Technology Warangal in Kazipet. The events and fests held at NIT Warangal are not that interesting, and only two events are conducted.

NIT Warangal: Taking an inside view.
Placements: Last year, around 81% of students in the civil engineering department were placed. The highest salary offered was 30 lakhs per annum, the lowest was 5 lakhs, and the average salary was 13 lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies included Accenture, Amazon, Reliance, and Samsung.
Infrastructure: In the first year, all students get a room in the a hostel for INR 1,800, which is Asia's largest hostel. Each room has double occupancy, but some rooms are so big that three or four students live in them. There is a LAN port for Ethernet in each room. The food quality is average, but it is edible. The library has good air conditioning and a wide range of books and journals. Sports and game facilities are awesome and we can play any sport here.
Faculty: The teachers are generally good, with the exception of one in my case, the programming and data structure teacher. Some teachers are friendly, while others are more serious. It's up to us to decide how to build a relationship with our teachers.

Institute review regarding cultural events, exams, infrastructure, and it's benefits.
Placements: I have chosen civil engineering at NIT Warangal in 2024. In this course, the highest package offered is 30 LPA, the lowest package offered is 6 LPA and the average package offered is 13 LPA. Many companies often visit this institute during placements. We get internships from B.Tech 2nd year onwards and from B.Tech 3rd year we get internships for 1 year to study in different institutes such as IIT Hyderabad and get job opportunities there itself and explore more.
Infrastructure: The institute infrastructure was very nice and there were different building blocks provided for different branches to teach them effectively. There were medical facilities provided. There will be sports held 2 times a week. The quality of food in the institute is average. The hostel facility is also average. There will be a food court and a book stall for students. There will be labs, and workshops surveying to learn practical knowledge regarding subjects.
Faculty: All the faculty members of this institute are highly qualified and the way of explanation of faculty members in classes, labs and workshops, during surveying helps us to gain practical knowledge regarding subjects. The course curriculum and academic schedule were perfectly scheduled based on the student's comfort. The level of semester exams is above average and some are relatively tough. There will be a strict marking scheme and no malpractices are allowed if it happens they fail us in every exam.
Other: I am from the 2024 batch of civil engineering at NIT Warangal. We could learn not only theory knowledge from the central library through different books but also practical knowledge through labs, workshops and surveying, learn to explore the internet in a digital library and also have a nice interaction with our friends and respective faculty members by which we could explore ourselves more.

I have enjoyed the journey so far.
Placements: 72.2 % of students were placed this year. The highest package was 18 Lacs, 5 Lacs was the lowest, and 9.6 LPA was the average package this year. The top recruiters were Hindustan Petroleum, HPCL, and L&T. Approximately 70% of students got internships. The top roles offered are graduate engineer or associate engineer.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for my course, like Wi-Fi, are pretty good. Labs are fully equipped with new instruments; the library is full of books and digital libraries too. The classroom is way big enough to be totally aired. The quality of hostels is good; new hostels are the best. They have better facilities than the old ones. But the old ones are getting renovated. Mess food quality depends on the day. It's mostly average. Canteen food is much more tasty than mess food. Students depend on canteen food. Our college gives preference to sports as much as it does to academics. Regular sports extracurricular activities happen in schools.
Faculty: Teachers are really qualified. All have done Ph.D.s from IIT or foreign universities. And they totally qualified. But they are not helpful all the time. Some are helpful, but you can't expect everyone to be. Yesthis course is relevant if you want to go into the Engineering field. But not in the teaching field. Exams that are difficult are average. majority it depends on proffs. Almost 90% student students pass the exams.
Other: To be honest, I didn't choose this course. I chose the college because of its brand name. Things should be improved in terms of exam numbers. There shouldn't be too many exams. We give 40 exams per semester. Events & festivals happen every year. The alumni network is better than any NIT college. Extracurricular activities are there as much as academic ones. Scholarships are provided based on merit and for poor students too. Every year, scholarships are provided to meritorious students.

Satisfied by the placements and quality of education but the campus life needs to improve.
Placements: More than 90 percent students are placed in our branch. The highest package is 30 LPA, the lowest is around 6 LPA and the average is around 12 LPA. Top recruiting companies are two types itself we have both core offers and coding offers. For core we have L&T, MEIL and for we have TCS etc. More than 85 percent students got internship. There are many roles offered for civil engineer like Site manager, Assistant Engineer etc.
Infrastructure: Our college has one of the biggest in India, with lot of books, and we even have digital library. We have two college wifis which we can get access throughout the college and we have restrictions for accessing some website so that we can concentrate on our studies. We have the south India's the biggest hostel with 1.8 k rooms, which is accomadated to 1st year students. The quality of food is not good which is controller by a private mess
We have a dispensary which provide medical services to the students, we have more than 4 doctors. We have a good sports department which is need to be more.
Faculty: Most of the teachers who are professors are very knowledgeable and they teach very well, but the teachers who are young are not that much good
The course curriculum is very much relevant, itself we have to study which is important for our course. The semester exam is of moderate level and even if the paper is hard the correction is moderate.

Premier institute of country, Excellent infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: 81.3 percent of students were placed in my course, Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering. The highest package in my course is 30 LPA, the lowest is 6 LPA, and the average is 13 LPA. Top recruiting companies are L&T, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and Qualcomm. 85 percent of students received internships in top companies like Google, Microsoft, IBM, and L&T. Top roles offered are Project Manager and General Manager.
Infrastructure: Labs are provided with continuous Wi-Fi, well-furnished classrooms with smartboards, and an excellent library. Hostel facilities are decent enough, except for provisions for hot water. Food in the mess is good, and an institute health center is present. Almost all sports facilities are available.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified with doctorates and very helpful in sharing knowledge. The course curriculum is relevant, and students become industry-ready with practical knowledge. Semester exams are not that easy; rather, they require regular practice of subjects. Relative grading is followed, and pass percentage varies.
Other: The college is one of the premier institutions in the country, and the course offers various government jobs. Events held are excellent, with three major fests held every year.
