Hostel is very nice and very cheap. All facilities are provided and the staffs and warden are very cooperative. Good food, light facility and geyser are available. Security is very strong here. Hostel is also very nearer to college and provides even fridge service. Sector 15 is full of pgs also 11 has some. There is hostel in sector 11 for women.

Ph.D.	Candidate passed MD (Microbiology) or its equivalent from a University/ Institute 5 recognized by MCI and must have completed 02 years Senior Residency on or before 30.06.2019.
FNB (Fellow of National Board)	Candidate passed in M.Ch. (Neurosurgery) or its equivalent from an University/ Institute recognized by MCI and Must have completed theirdegree on or before 30.06.2019 are eligible to apply.
B.Sc.	Candidates who have passed the Senior Secondary School Examination of National Open School with a minimum of 5 subjects with any of the following group subjects:a.English, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology b.English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and any other language.
DM	Must be within the prescribed age limit as on/before 31st December for January and 30th June for July session. - For OBC candidates (please attach proof as per Annexure*): 40 years - For SC/ST candidates, Ex-Servicemen and Commissioned Officer including ECO, SSCO who have rendered or released on satisfactory assignment (please attach proof): 42 years
M.Ch. MD	Candidates who have completed the required period of 12 months compulsory rotating Internship/Practical training on or before 30th June, 2023 are eligible to admission for PG courses at PGIMER Chandigarh.
MHA	Candidates completed graduation/bachelor's degree from any recognized institute/university are eligible to apply.
MPH	The candidate must possess MBBS/BDS/B.V. Sc/BE/MA/M. Sc on or before 30th June 2020 with minimum marks in aggregate mentioned above from a University/ Institute recognized by the Medical /Dental/Veterinary council of India/ the Institution of Engineers (India) and UGC/AICTE and must have either completed, or due to complete, respective rotatory internship training on or before 30thJune (if applicable) and must be registered with Central /State Medical/Dental/Veterinary Registration Council. (if applicable) can apply.
MDS	Candidates who have completed the required period of 12 months compulsory rotating Internship/Practical training on or before 30th June, 2023 are eligible to admission for PG courses at PGIMER Chandigarh.
Master of Surgery	Candidates who have completed the required period of 12 months compulsory rotating Internship/Practical training on or before 30th June, 2023 are eligible to admission for PG courses at PGIMER Chandigarh.
MS	Candidates who have completed the required period of 12 months compulsory rotating Internship/Practical training on or before 30th June, 2023 are eligible to admission for PG courses at PGIMER Chandigarh.

Various hostels has different fees for sanjeevani it is 500rs without food 1500 for ac 

For working women, it is 4700 INR with food

For boys hostel also it approximately to 5000

For doctor's hostel, it is different. 

You can check the cutoff in the Google or in the Shiksha application or the Shiksha website. The Shiksha website will send you mails through which you can check the proper marks and other criterias regarding eligibility.

If someone misses the internal exam they are considered fail in that subject. They have to reappear in that subject by filling the back paper form. Once the form is filled you will have to appear for the exam in next semester.

PGIMER, Chandigarh. Applications are invited through countrywide advertisement in leading newspapers usually during September/October and March/April for the January and July session respectively. The entrance examination is held in December for the January session and in the June for July session.

So basically it is no. You can't apply here directly you have to sit for the admission test to enroll your name for B.Sc or M.Sc degree.

Yes, it is a good college. One gets to experience a lot here. You get proper patient exposure and all the things that are not available in normal medical colleges. World-class teachers are available to solve your problems. A great learning experience is provided by the department with digital learning facilities. Exams are taken as in offline mode always no tolerance is there in any case.

PGIMER has not released the 2023 placement details yet. However, the NIRF report 2023 is out. According to the report, 40 PG (2-year) and 165 PG (3-year) students were placed during PGIMER Chandigarh placements 2022.
