It is purely based on the two streams . Firstly, 70% seats based on JEE Main score 25% and normalised +2 mark 75%. Secondly, 30% seats based on normalised aggregate +2 mark.

It is better to score more than 95% in JEE Main and above 90% in +2 to get the seat easily.

Thus, it doesn't hold any minimum percentile requirement information as the admission is purely based on merit.

1. 70% of seats are filled based on JEE Main score - 25% and normalised 12th mark - 75%

For example: JEE Main score is 185 and normalised 12th score is 95% then  the score of the student is (0.25×185) + (0.75×95) = 117.5

2. 30% of seats are filled based on normalised aggregate 12th mark or its equivalent marks.

For example:The first rank is 97% and the aggregate percentage is 90%, then the normalised percentage is (90/97) × 100 = 92.78

Usually, there are two kinds of scholarships- Dean's Scholarship and Hostel Scholarship. Dean's scholarship is provided according to the student's CGPA. If you belong to the top 3% in the university, you become eligible for the same, whereby you will be awarded 2/5th of the semester fees. Also, students having CGPA within top 3% to 10%, the university will provide you 1/5th of the semester fees. On the other hand, you will be entitled to a Hostel scholarship, if you adhere to the following rules:

1. You must not have been subjected to pay mess fine.
2. Atleast 90% presence in class. (doesnot include leaves permitted).
3. Maintaining discipline at hostel.

Once you qualify the above-mentioned criteria and have a good CGPA, you will be eligible for a scholarship of Rs.16,000/-, which can reimburse your hostel lodging fee. However, the rules are not absolute and may change with time.

The process followed for admission in BTech varies from college to college. If you are opting for enrolment in top B-colleges like IITs you must have a good scoring in the JEE and must go through a stringent admission process to secure a seat. Other emininet college also have similar procedure while they admit students, while some institutes still offer direct admission. Whatever the case, you have to check the websites of your desired college and act accordingly to their enrolment rules. Comming to minimum percentage required in JEE Mains, that too varies every year. Generally, a scoring of 180+ is considered for admission in top BTech institutes, but if you wish to go for IITs, you must secure a score above 250.
