Good infrastructure and facilities, well-maintained labs, and internships are mandatory.
Placements: Actually, everyone got internships because it's mandatory, and teachers also help us get internships. The college wants us to be industry-ready, so internships are compulsory. A pretty good percentage of students get placements, but Physics is a pure Science subject, so people actually try to pursue higher studies in this subject. They avoid placement.
Infrastructure: The facilities, like we have free Wi-Fi all over the college, labs are well maintained, and the whole college has AC rooms. The library is also good. We can find a vast collection of books there. In the hostel, the quality of food is good, and we have a fixed time to eat. The hostel warden is quite strict and guides us to maintain a timetable. The sports facilities are too good; there is a gym in the hostel, and you can play any games you want. So it's pretty decent.
Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful. They're well qualified and they give us a lot of knowledge and help us not only in studies but also to grow in life. Actually, Physics is a fundamental subject. Exams are actually pretty tough, but the passing percentage is 40%, so it's manageable.
Other: I actually love to know about space and the universe, its rules, so that's why I chose this. The best thing is that it teaches us from the very basics to the advanced level, so it helps to build our base in this subject. If we could solve more problems and if we could work in the lab every day (we've labs 3 days a week), then I think it'll be more fun. College provides scholarships, there are lots of events happening here and there, and the annual fest is so much fun. We wait the whole year just for the fest.

My college provides a great environment for studies and great facilities overall.
Placements: The education quality is overall good compared to the other colleges out there. From my department, many students do not choose placements. They study further. Some students go abroad, and some go to the IITs. I will recommend this college if someone wants to study.
Infrastructure: Labs are good. There is an observatory, which is quite a great thing. Wi-Fi, canteen, and classrooms are also great. The library is very good. It is large, and we find almost everything that we need, including some things beyond education. My overall experience is good so far. Overall, the infrastructure is good.
Faculty: Teachers are absolutely helpful and humble. They care for every student. They guide us in both academic and non-academic things. As a professor, they are great, and they provide quality education. They are involved with every student and try to improve their academic performance.
Other: The campus life is good. We will find a lot of societies. Events are going on all the time.

Review of St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
Placements: Freshers have the opportunity to participate in placement cell events. They volunteer and learn when companies visit our campus for placementa. Freshers are not directly involved in interactions with the placement companies. Top recruiting companies like Deloitte, etc., visit our campus. Students in their third year of this course are allowed to work on different workshops and internships. Seminars, special lectures, and workshops are also held regularly. Seminars tend to be for higher levels, like a third-year or PG level.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite developed. Our classrooms are spacious and airy. The lab equipment is sophisticated and the departments have labs for various subjects in good working order. The quality of food is average. The canteen food can be better avoided. There are stalls inside and outside the college where students crowd for snacks and meals.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful and approachable. The majority of them are highly qualified and have masters in their fields. They tend to listen to students and solve their problems. There are exceptions. The semester is divided into CIA, which is worth 10 marks, and end-of-semester, which is worth 60 marks, 30 marks for practicals, and 10 marks for viva performance and lab notebook. Semester exams are moderately tough.
Other: The college is well-connected to various modes of transportation, including bus routes and the metro. Situated on Park Street, the environment outside is busy. The college is crowded at the beginning of the dayshift at 10 a.m., otherwise, it's not that congested.

Teachers in our college are good, and their teaching is also good. The college is good.
Placements: Our college is autonomous, so there are no placements in this college. Many students get an internship every year in different reputed companies. It is one of the best colleges in Kolkata. It has its own fame all over the Bengal. Overall, our college is amazing.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our department is very good. The college has its own library containing many different types of books. Our college provides four hostels. All hostels are good. There is also a canteen. The food provided in the hostels is delicious. It also provides a gym and a swimming pool for students. Medical facilities are also available here.
Faculty: There are many faculty members in every department. All faculty members are well-trained. Most of them are PhD holders. They are student-friendly and help students every time. Their teaching quality is excellent. Semester exams are not tough. Concept-based questions are asked in exams.

I am satisfied and enjoyed college life here, and I also recommend others to join.
Placements: As I am involved in a non-professional course, I don't get placements. However, the exposure that our college provides is very commendable, and we get the chance to meet students and professors of foreign universities.
Infrastructure: Our college provides the best facilities from Wi-Fi, labs equipped with all modern equipment to the best library where you can find any book. Apart from academics, our college is known for its NCC wing and cricket team, and in Kolkata, our college fest is the most famous.
Faculty: All the professors are well-educated and know how to teach students. Their interactive learning methodology is unique and fascinating. You have to put a lot of effort into doing any course from this college. Still, these efforts are worth it because, after graduating from here, you can be ready to deal with any upcoming difficulties of life.
Other: I have always been fascinated by the universe, so I decided to choose this course. Our college also provides scholarships for meritorious students. The college also provides lots of extracurricular activities, and our college fest is the most awaited event for students.
