Women's Christian College considers qualifying exam scores of the candidates for admission. Hence, aspirants do not require passing an entrance exam for selection. Aspirants seeking admission in UG programmes are shortlisted based on their Class 12 scores. Graduation marks are considered for admission to PG programme.

For the academic year 2022-2023, the minimum WCC master's entrance examination scores for general category candidates were around 60-65%.In terms of subjects, the minimum score for the WCC entrance examination was the highest for the Master's in Computer Science and was 70% in the general category.The minimum limit affected Mr.Sc Physics with a score of 58% in the general category in the World Championship entrance test.In addition to the entry grades, the minimum grades required at the undergraduate level for most master's programs are around 55-60%. For a master's degree in mathematics it is 65%.The minimum score for TANCETexam for WCC was between 50 and 60 out of 100 points in the subject. The GATE cut-off marks are between 450 and 500 marks.

WCC BSc admission dates are released by the college. The application dates vary from year to year. In 2024, the college started accepting BSc applications on May 2, 2024. As of now, the college has released the lists of provisionally selected students for BSc admission on their official website. The classes are expected to begin soon.

Yes, BSc is available at WCC, Chennai. The colleges offers BSc courses in multiple specialisations. These specialisations include various subejcts in the Science domain such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Psychology, Visual Communication, etc. Some of these courses are Government-Aided while others are Self-Funded. The duration of these courses is three years. The college also offers an integrated BSc+MSc programme of five years. WCC BSc courses are affiliated to the University of Madras. Interested candidates can submit their application through the official wesbite of the college.

WCC students can apply for a variety of scholarships. The scholarships will be granted to the students if the meet the following eligibility criteri: 

Women's Christian College fees are cumulative of various components like the tuition fee, security deposit, hostel fee, mess fee, etc. Some fee components are paid once at the time of admission while others are payable semester-wise. The range of tuition fee for three years of BSc at WCC is INR 1.1 Lacs - INR 3.9 lakh. The exact amount varies across the choice of specialisation and the board of applicants in Class 12 (State/CBSE/ICSE/Foreign). The admission to BSc courses of WCC is merit-based. The seats are allotted to the eligible applicants based on their scores in Class 12 and their reservation category.
