The best tip for JEE preparation is to analyse the important topics from all chapters and to select only the top 3 topics from each chapter to prepare.

There is no sure-shot formula for short term preparation strategy. The competitive facet of the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE Main) examination that is challenging for the aspirants. Students must follow a consistent schedule management routine:

Here are some tips that will help you get the best out of your study schedule:

  • The easiest and optimum method is to prepare a to-do-list of several topics from different chapters and eventually striking out all except the top three topics. This method helps to encounter a phenomenon of paralysis-by-analysis.
  • Follow the to-do-list strategy for the preparation and daily chores activities so that the psychic entropy is channelised and synchronised with the thought process and provides less distraction towards the outer scenario.
  • NCERTs continuously proves to be the cornerstone for honing up the rudimentary knowledge and insights. JEE Main still follows the conventional method for subjects such as Chemistry and Physics.
  • For attaining a good score in Chemistry and theoretical part of Physics, a proper comprehension of NCERT modules is paramount.
  • The organic and inorganic Chemistry follows the basic level understanding of NCERTs while physical chemistry proves to be demanding, so aspirants might need to prepare from alternative reliable sources.
  • Numerical from Physics proves to be challenging in every phase of this examination so reliable online resources or modules are a must. The theoretical questions mostly follow Class 12th while numerals are much more inclined towards 11th modules.
  • Mathematics demands a thorough insight into integrals calculus, differential calculus & complex numbers and quadratic equations.
  • As far as the rest of the topics are concerned, the questions from trigonometry, permutations & combinations, and matrices & determinants requires fundamental knowledge.
  • Same goes with the Physics section, which from the past five years continues to be one of the toughest section. Keeping the current trend in mind relying on other resources are paramount for aspirants looking for a score of 300+. Physics from JEE Main involves conundrums, which require aspirants to rely on different resources for thorough insights. Majority of the questions involve principles of kinematics, work-energy & power, and rotational motion dynamics.
  • Topics, especially from Class 12th are easy to cover and aspirants eventually develop a proclivity towards certain topics like atoms & nuclei, current electricity, magnetic effect of current and electricity.
  • Students with their first attempt, have to offset the respective board preparation with their on-going preparation strategy. So, it is better to initially cover-up the 11th standard topics. And as far as boards are concerned four months are enough to gain rudimentary knowledge and respectable percentile.
