Studying and preparing is vital to success in exams like SRMJEE. Every exam has its own importance. Today we will talk about SRMJEE which is one of the entrance exams for engineering college SRM.

Many students go for this exam as it has its own importance. This exam is crucial for those students who aren’t able to get a good college through JEE Mains. It’s however difficult to manage time and your preparation until you have some experience. So, let’s talk about how to effectively prepare for this exam.

SRMJEE is held in online mode and the duration is two and a half hours. It contains a total of 125 questions - 35 questions of Physics, 35 questions of Chemistry, 40 questions on Maths, 10 questions on Aptitude and 5 questions on English. You have to solve a total of 125 questions in 2.5 hours which means you need to be faster so that you can easily attempt all questions correctly. So in this exam, they give 60% weightage to 12th class which is quite big and awesome as you all guys are preparing for board exams too. Their main focus was on Mechanics, Electrodynamics and Modern Physics. Also, there would be a good amount of questions from Physical Chemistry too. Inorganic had a less share.

SRMJEE was not tough though, you can easily crack that if you have the basic knowledge of your syllabus. It’s much easier than JEE Mains. Organic questions were based on class 12th. In Maths, their focus is on Co-ordinate geometry and Calculus.

First of all, to get a good score in this exam you have to prepare your class notes well because, in the end, they will only help you. Also, do organize your study time very well. If you aren’t able to manage it you will most probably mess up things. Prepare your own time table. Don’t copy, no one knows better about yourself than you. Always take regular breaks, you can’t work for 8 hours continuously. Try to solve each and every question of past year papers of SRMJEE, these past year papers will help you a lot.
