It's a great college if you are only coming to study, but there's no college life or campus life.
Placements: About placements, the track record is very good, the average package you can get is a 5-6 LPA job. I suppose the highest package offered for my course was 15 LPA, meanwhile, the lowest you can get is 3 LPA. Moreover, companies like Cognizant, Oracle, Wipro, Google, etc., come to our college to recruit, offering a high amount of placement offers around 20+ LPA.
Infrastructure: About the infrastructure of my course, I specially chose this college for its department of ECE. I can tell you the labs are the best. Moving over to classrooms, the mics, speakers, and projectors are of course there, the Wi-Fi in the departmental lab computers is super speed. Libraries are well air-conditioned and clean. I don't stay in a hostel, but what I hear is that the students can make it through the entire course without having many issues with the hostel and its facilities.
Faculty: Some faculty members are very cooperative, friendly, and always ready to help, some teachers are highly knowledgeable, and they can help you out a lot. The students are well prepared for industries, and the semester exams are moderate, it's kind of a if you study, you pass situation.
Other: I was interested in Electronics from my senior secondary school life. I want to gain more and more knowledge about circuits because it's fun. About events, join them, participate in more and more hackathons and events if they are related to your course. In my opinion, don't go to fests. The campus is small, just a building, the campus crowd is just hectic, the campus is right on the main road, so there are only big companies surrounding the campus.

The review of the best college in Salt Lake Sector V.
Placements: A minimum of 50 percent get placed. I don't know the exact details yet about companies like TCS, Infosys, or GreyB. I don't know the placement record very deeply, but I've shared what I have heard, and believe me, they aren't false. This college places students in some of the world's top companies.
Infrastructure: The classes are really good with modern technologies. Labs are fully air-conditioned. I am not a hosteller, so I don't know if the medical facilities are good. The institution is very keen on sports and games. They often host events, sports competitions, marathons, and football tournaments, which make us feel very energetic after hectic exams.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified. It prepares them for different fields. The exams are difficult, with the pass percentage ranging from 70 to 80 percent. Despite being difficult, faculty helps us very keenly without any doubt. They send us notes and questions to practice and are also available 24/7 for doubt-solving.
Other: I chose this course because of my love for electronic stuff. Everything is perfect. IEM is full of events, the campus crowd is good, and the connectivity is very strong.

As per the facilities, IEM is the best college. I am happy to study at IEM College.
Placements: Approximately 80%-90% of ECE students are placed securely every year. The highest package is 15.5 LPA and the average package is 6 LPA. Student got an internship after completing their 2nd and 3rd semester. The students got internship opportunities from TCS, Amazon, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities available at the college include purified drinking water, and there is a playground on our campus. IEM College has a big library. Our college has a big seminar hall. Our college has fully equipped labs.
Faculty: The faculty of IEM College is very good and intelligent. The management department faculty is experienced in marketing and operations. The basic Science department's faculty has knowledge in Physics and Mathematics, and their behavior is normal.
Other: I chose this course because it is the core branch. That means it is scope to get a job in computer Science and electrical engineering. The best thing is that I have got the opportunity to learn coding and electrical circuits both. I wish to improve my coding skills and circuit-making skills. Many events are organized by our seniors to help our faculty. The campus crowd is too big.

The highest campus offer is 15.5 LPA. In 2021, followed by a 32 LPA offer.
Placements: Around 200 people are placed in my stream. The highest package is 18 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Google, Amazon, TCS, Cognizant, and Wipro. A minimum of 90% of students get internships from my course and companies like TCS, Cognizant, and Wipro. The roles offered by my course are in this stream, and I would like to go to both field jobs and IT jobs.
Infrastructure: IEM Kolkata offers separate, secured hostels for both boys and girls within the campus. Facilities include 24/7 security, a hygienic mess, free Wi-Fi, and access to sports and recreation areas. IEM provides separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. Accommodation is primarily on a twin-sharing basis. The hostels can accommodate over 200 boys and 150 girls. Hostels are located within the campus.
Faculty: Engineering and Management Focus, IEM Kolkata provide a programs in engineering-related areas and management, adhering to MAKAUT guidelines. The course curriculum is designed to be relevant to the specific field of study. The pass percentage is 100.

It is a great educational institution. There is no college life. Placements are good enough.
Placements: 70% of the students get placed with an average salary package of 4.5 LPA. The top recruiting company for our course is Adobe, and it offers a package of 32 LPA. Some other companies like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, and many startups offer more internships. 35% of students get internship opportunities with PPOs.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is always with medium speed. Labs are well-maintained with 5-star facilities. Classrooms are non-AC but clean. There are 4 libraries on the Kolkata campus. Medical facilities are not so good. There is no campus. Only one basketball court and rooftop gym are available. The canteen is the favorite place for average engineers.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, and the quality of teaching is too good. The course curriculum is relevant. As it is now an autonomous college, the course curriculum makes students industry-ready. AI ML, data science, IoT, and blockchain technology are taught throughout the 4 years of tenure.
Other: I chose this course because the signals and circuits amaze me a lot. I have been very fond of circuits and web development. I realised that B.Tech would be the best choice. Events and fests are a regular thing in the college. There are no campus surroundings. It conducts many interesting extracurricular activities. Scholarships are available.

Your board result is not going to help you anyway.
But you also have a nice performance in WBJEE.
With this rank, you will get IEM ECE.
Also, I will suggest you to go for only ECE, IT or CSE branch as core branches are in bad conditions.
You can also go for Heritage.
