KIITEE Application Form 2026 (Out): Registration Dates, Steps to Fill, Documents Required, Eligibility

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology has released the KIITEE 2026 eligibility criteria online. The eligibility criteria mentions details on age, educational qualifications, etc. To be eligible for KIIT B.Tech course, students have to pass Class 12th with 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Maths. On the other hand, all candidates who possess a graduation degree with a minimum of 50% - 60% marks are eligible to apply for PG courses on offer at and its constituent schools/ colleges. Applicants are advised to check the eligibility criteria before filling out the KIITEE application form. The eligibility criteria vary depending on the courses. Any candidate found ineligible at later stages will be declared disqualified from the KIITEE admission process. For more details, candidates can refer to the table given below.

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology released the KIITEE 2026 application form. Candidates can refer to the steps given below to complete the application form. 

• Visit the KIIT website - kiitee.kiit.ac.in 2026.
• Click on the direct link to apply for the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination. 
• Select the course preference from the drop-down menu. 
• Fill personal details in the required fields. 
• Upload the required documents as per the specifications. 
• Preview all the details and submit the application form for future reference.  

Candidates have to submit a few documents to submit the KIITEE application form. The KIITEE 2026 registration documents is given below.

• A scanned copy of a recent passport-sized photograph (less than 50 Kb in JPG format).
• A scanned copy of signature (less than 50 Kb in JPG format).
• Class 10th marksheet (less than 1 MB in JPG format).

Candidates are advised to remember the following points while filling the KIITEE application form 2026.

• Ensure a good internet connection. Keep all the details ready.
• Provide correct e-mail ID, mobile number and communication address as KIIT University will contact you on the exam matters on the said contact details.
• The candidate's name, date of birth, and father’s name should be entered exactly as mentioned in the candidate’s Class 10th certificate.
• Do not leave the KIITEE 2026 application form incomplete.
• Before submitting the form, recheck all the information carefully.

• Enter the application number and date of birth in the required fields 
• Upload the necessary documents as per the specifications.

• The registration page will appear on the screen

 

• Registered candidates can log in using their KIITEE 2026 application number and password.
• Candidates who are new to the KIITEE registration must click on the "New Candidate Registration"
• At the time of "New Registration", candidates have to provide the following details -

  • Middle name
  • Last name
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile Number
  • E-mail ID
  • Aadhar card
  • Create password
  • Confirm password
  • Captcha

After completing the registration, the KIITEE 2026 application number will appear on the screen followed by the status of personal and educational qualifications and document details. At this stage, the candidate needs to verify their mobile number. For verification, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.

Candidates can fill in the rest of the details after verifying the contact details. Applicants have to provide the following details-

Educational Details

Once the candidates submit their details, they have to provide all their educational details. The folloeing information must be provided: Applicants need to choose the course they are applying for and submit it.

Once you click the "submit" option, one instruction screen will appear along with a list of documents. Candidates need to give the following details in the Educational Qualification section -

• Exam centre preferences (City 1 and City 2)
• Choice of specialisation for the specific course
• Qualification
• Qualifying Exam Status
• Percentage marks in aggregate
• Year of passing
• Class Xth Board Roll Number
• Class Xth Board Name 
• Class Xth (passing year)

After providing all the relevant information, click to proceed to the next step.

Uploading of Documents

This is the last stage of the KIITEE 2026 application form. In this stage, applicants have to upload the following documents as per the specifications:

• Coloured photograph in JPG or JPEG format with a size not more than 50KB
• Signature in JPG or JPEG format with a size not more than 50 KB.
• Class Xth mark sheets in JPG or JPEG format, with a size of not more than 1 MB

Once all the documents are uploaded then submit the application form.

After submitting the KIITEE application form, candidates can check its status online.

• Visit the KIITEE website at kiitee.kiit.ac.in 2026.
• Go to the candidate login.
• Enter application number and date of birth.
• Check the form status on the screen.
