What is KIITEE?

KIITEE is an entrance examination for KIIT, which is a deemed university. KIITEE stands for Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination. It is a common entrance test for admission to courses (except MBBS, BDS, PG Medical & PG Dental) offered by the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology. The KIITEE exam is conducted for admissions to 35 courses offered at KIIT. The syllabus and exam pattern of KIITEE vary for each course. Based on the marks of the candidates in KIITEE, separate merit lists are drawn for all courses. Admission is offered based on counselling and seat allocation conducted by KIIT. As per the availability of seats on different courses, the cut-off rank for counselling will be notified. Candidates having a rank above the cut-off rank shall be called for counselling. The KIITEE counselling session will be notified here once released.

KIITEE 2025 Counselling

The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology completed the KIITEE phase II counselling 2025. The dates for the choice filling were June 17 to 20. The counselling mode is online, and must be branch allotment results were announced on June 23 (5:00 pm). Qualified candidates must register and complete the counselling process before the due date. The KIITEE phase II exam 2025 was held from June 8 to 12.

The counselling for Phase I was held on April 24, and the choice filling was done from April 24 to 28 (2:00 pm). The KIITEE 2025 seat allotment was announced on May 2. The counselling schedule is available on the KIIT Website. Candidates have to attend the counselling as per the schedule. Candidates called for counselling must bring original documents (listed below) and token fees to the counselling Centre.

KIITEE 2025 Result

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology has released the KIITEE 2025 result dates (Phase II) online on June 17 on the official website. The KIITEE Phase I result was released on April 24. Applicants appearing on the exam can check their KIITEE results by using their application number and date of birth. Based on marks secured by the candidate in the Entrance Examination, separate KIITEE merit lists are prepared for all the courses. The KIITEE rank card 2025 indicates the rank in the entrance examination shall be sent to the qualified candidates. Candidates can also download the rank card from the website. In case two or more candidates obtain equal marks in the KIITEE result 2025, the inter-se merit of such candidates shall be determined as follows:

BTech: Based on marks obtained in Mathematics and Physics and then by age (preference to older candidates).
BArch: Based on marks obtained in NATA.
BTech LE: Based on marks obtained in Mathematics, then in Basic Electrical Engineering, and then by age. (Preference to older candidates).
