IBPS RRB PO prelims exam was conducted on November 22 and 23. The official IBPS RRB PO prelims cut off marks are available now for different categories. The state-wise cut off is given below.

IBPS RRB PO cutoff is different from IBPS RRB Clerk cut off. The cut off is applied on the overall score and individual sections. IBPS RRB cutoff is released category-wise and state-wise. Candidates securing equal to or more than the cutoff marks are declared qualified in each stage of the exam. Going through IBPS RRB cutoff, candidates can plan their preparation strategy for the IBPS RRB. IBPS RRB prelims exam is expected to be high due to the increase in competition. It is important to score good marks to stand out from the competition. 70 marks are considered to be good. Attempting at least 30 to 35 questions in reasoning and Quant with 100 percent accuracy will help to get good marks.
For the IBPS RRB PO interview, a total of 100 marks are allotted. The weightage of the Online Examination to the Interview is 80:20, respectively. Candidates need to secure 40 per cent in the interview. While for those belonging to ST/SC/OBC/PWD categories, the qualifying percentage is slightly lower at 35 per cent. The final selection of candidates is done based on the Mains exam and interview.

IBPS RRB marks are calculated as per process. One mark is given for right answers. 0.25 marks are deducted for wrong answers. Candidates are required to secure the qualifying marks to clear the exam.
The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. Minimum qualifying marks in interview is not less than 40 per cent (35 per cent for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates). The relative weightage given to the Mains exam and Interview for the provisional allotment is 80:20 respectively for the Officers cadre. The combined final score of candidates is arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the Mains for the post of Officers Scale I and in the Single Level Examination for the post of Officers Scale II and III and Interview. Interview score of the candidates failing to secure minimum qualifying marks or otherwise barred from the interview or further process is not disclosed. Candidates should qualify both in the Mains exam and interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for subsequent provisional allotment process. The provisional allotment is done based on merit-cum-preference. For Officers in Scale I and Office Assistant (Multipurpose), the provisional allotment is restricted within the RRBs of the State opted for.
In the event of two or more candidates having obtained the same score, merit order is decided as per date of birth (the candidate senior in age is placed before/ above the candidate junior in age), as per the prevailing practice
