NABARD Grade B Salary: Basic Pay & Gross Emoluments
Selected candidates will get a starting basic pay of INR 35,150 per month. The payscale of NABARD Grade B is INR 35,150-1750 (9)-50900-EB-1750 (2)-54400-2000(4)-62400 (16 years). Candidates are also eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance. At present, the initial monthly Gross emoluments are approximately INR 78,000 per month.
NABARD Grade B Salary: Perquisites
- The accommodation of the bank is subject to availability
- Reimbursement of expenses for maintenance of vehicle for official purpose, newspaper, telephone charges, book grant, allowance for furnishing of residence, etc. are provided to candidates
- Selected candidates are entitled to a free dispensary facility besides reimbursement of medical expenses for OPD treatment/hospitalisation as per their eligibility
- Candidates are also provided Interest free Festival Advance, Leave Travel Concession, Loans, and Advances at concessional rates of interest for Housing, Car, Education of children, Consumer Articles, Personal Computer, etc.
- Candidates selected for the post of NABARD Grade B are governed by the defined contribution to the New Pension Scheme (NPS) besides the benefits of Gratuity and Optional Group Term Insurance Plan
- At certain centres, a limited number of residential quarters are available. The facility for securing residential accommodation on lease, however, exists at all centres
Probationary Period of NABARD Grade B Managers
Candidates selected for the post of NABARD Grade B Managers will be on probation for a period of two years, which may, at the Bank's discretion, be extended for a further period of one year. Selected candidates are liable to be posted and transferred anywhere in India.
