Shri Govindram Seskaria Institute of Technology and Science also known as SGSITS Indore was founded in 1952 and is a govt. aided autonomous institute of Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The institute was named after the late Seth Shri Govindram Seksaria, a famous industrialist by his son who donated the intitial sum for starting the institute. Shri GS Institute of Technology and Science Indore is currently affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (University of Technology of MP) Bhopal and was previously affiliated to Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore.
