SGSITS is a good option for Madhya Pradesh college level counselling.
Placements: CareerGuideSGSITS, Indore has seen strong placements with a 2024 median salary of 7 LPA for B.Tech IT and 2023 highest package of 60 LPA for B.Tech students. The 2023 placement for B.Tech saw 60 percent of students placed with major recruiters including Accenture, Infosys and Deloitte. The institute provides opportunities for roles like software developer and data analyst.
Infrastructure: There are spacious classrooms for lectures and other academic purposes. Departmental labs for various disciplines, including civil, chemistry computer, electrical, electronics, mechanical, and physics. A central library with a vast collection of books, journals (print and online), and reference materials. There are four boys' hostels with a total capacity for 600 students. There are three girls' hostels with a capacity for 467 students. Wi-Fi is available, and security is ensured with 24/7 guards.
Faculty: SGSITS generally has good teaching quality, characterized by knowledgeable and helpful faculty, a relevant curriculum, and the use of smart classes and various teaching methods. While the overall quality is considered good or very good, especially compared to other state-level colleges, some students note that teaching methodologies vary, and not all faculty members consistently meet expectations. The institute is also recognised for its quality, holding an NAAC A grade and having its undergraduate programs accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
Other: College is decently good, the teaching environment is good, and campus life is good.

College is best in academics but there is huge scope for improvement in facilities.
Placements: Almost 50% of students were placed. In electronic and instrumentation branch, the highest package was 24 LPA. The lowest package was 1.2 LPA, and average package was 7.3 LPA. Top companies recruiting were Adani Enterprises Ltd, Larsen and Toubro, Genpact, Asian Paints, and Delhi System and Control.
Infrastructure: In electronic and instrumentation department, classroom facilities were average but lab facilities had decent equipments and instruments. Library was also good with so many books. Honestly food and hostel facilities were average. Recently, hostels were in renovating condition. Hostels were given to 1-year and 2-year students only. For VLSI, it was a good branch with good lab facilities.
Faculty: In first year, guest faculty members were teaching. Some teachers did not have enough knowledge about subject but some teachers were very much brilliant even in some sections branch professor also teaching in first year. If we were really hardworking, then this course would be worth it. Academic curriculum of this college was tight compared to other colleges, and paper level and checking were really strict.
Other: If your interest was in tech but you did not get CSE or IT. I mean tech branch, then no worry because almost every tech company allows EI students in placement. Campus facilities were below average. Although connectivity was very good. College was beside the railway station.

Absolutely satisfied with SGSITS.
Placements: Approximately 60 percent of students are placed in my course according to this year's data. The highest package is around 24 LPA, the lowest is around 4 LPA and the average package is about 6 LPA which is quite good. Internship opportunities are also decent.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my department is good with neat and clean classrooms, well-maintained labs and available Wi-Fi facilities. There is a large common library on campus, and the hostels are also good. The mess food is below average, and there is a common dispensary for medical needs.
Faculty: The faculty members are very supportive, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. They support us mentally, socially, and academically. They are friendly in nature, and their teaching abilities are extraordinary. The course curriculum is relevant, and semester exams are average.

Review of Shri G. S. Institute of Technology and Science.
Placements: In my college, approximately 70% of students get placed each year. This year, the highest salary package is 25 LPA, the lowest is 5 LPA, and the average package is 7 LPA. This makes the college experience totally worthwhile. Around 70-80% of students have been offered internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my branch department is all good. News classes are there. Wi-Fi facilities are available all the time and labs are there with a fully stacked library which is very decent. Hostels are also good there are double rooms and mess food is also good.
Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive. They support us mentally socially and economically sometimes and also academically. They have a very good teaching style and are also very knowledgeable and highly qualified. They provide us with notes and also the curriculum is very good.

Is SGSITS good choice for you?
Placements: The data on placement in my branch is quite good. The highest package is about 25 LPA, and the lowest package is about 6 LPA. The average package is about 10 LPA. Good in my opinion from a good state college. About everyone gets internship opportunity who are interested.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of my branch is good. We all enjoyed studying very well there. There is Wi-Fi facility almost everywhere. Computer labs are also available in good condition. I am a hosteller too so the hostel's condition is also good and double rooms with good mess food.
Faculty: Teachers of my branch are very helpful. They are amazing and appreciable. They support us mentally, socially, and academically. Their teaching level is amazing. They behave like a friend with us. Curriculum is also very good and we all are enjoying it, this is good.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful in teaching, well-defined, and well-qualified from IITs. The teaching quality is very relevant, and the course curriculum is very relevant, making students industry-ready. The semester exams are very difficult in this college, and the passing marks are 33% of the total.
