Documents Required for NCHMCT JEE Registration

NCHMCT JEE exam registration extended till April 1, 2026. NCHMCT JEE exam pattern has been changed for 2026 exam session. For 2026, NCHM JEE pattern will include 120 questions in MCQ format. Students will have only 120 minutes to complete their exam, which means 1 minute per question. Earlier NCHM duration was 3 hours for 200 questions. Also, NCHMCT JEE subject weightage has changed. High priority is given to English and Aptitude sections.

Candidates should keep all documents ready before starting online application. This helps in smooth form filling. It reduces chances of rejection. Documents are personal details, identity proof, academic information, and scanned images. All details entered in form must match original documents.

NCHMCT JEE Application Form Documents: Government ID Proof 

Candidate must provide details of a valid government ID. This is mandatory for identity verification.

• Aadhaar Number (last 4 digits)
• Voter ID (ePIC Number)
• Passport Number
• Ration Card Number
• Bank Account Number

• Any other valid Government ID

Date of birth of students should be same with their Class 10 certificate. Be careful as NTA checks all details. Format for date writing is DD/MM?YYYY.

Signature Guidelines for NCHMCT JEE 2026

Signature upload is also mandatory NCHMCT JEE exam registration. It must be clear and natural.

• Sign on white paper
• Use blue or black ink
• Signature must be in running handwriting
• Do not write your name in capital letters
• File format must be JPG
• File size should be 4 KB to 30 KB (as per upload rules)

Unsigned forms will be rejected. Blurry or cropped signatures are not accepted.

How to Upload Documents Required for NCHMCT JEE 2026 Registration

You must upload scanned images in the right part of the form. Images should look clear, not blur or dark. You need to keep the image file size under the given limit, do not miss this. While uploading NCHM JEE documents, you can use JEP or JPEG format, both are fine.

Documents Required for NCHMCT JEE Registration: Unfair Means

If a candidate uploads someone else’s photo or signature, strict action will be taken. Such acts are treated as Unfair Means (UFM). His/her candidature will be cancelled. Legal action may also be taken by authorities.
