NCHMCT JEE exam registration extended till April 1, 2026. NCHMCT JEE exam pattern has been changed for 2026 exam session. For 2026, NCHM JEE pattern will include 120 questions in MCQ format. Students will have only 120 minutes to complete their exam, which means 1 minute per question. Earlier NCHM duration was 3 hours for 200 questions. Also, NCHMCT JEE subject weightage has changed. High priority is given to English and Aptitude sections.

NCHMCT JEE Application Form Documents: Government ID Proof 

Candidate must provide details of a valid government ID. This is mandatory for identity verification.

You can use any one of the following:

  • Aadhaar Number (last 4 digits)
  • Voter ID (ePIC Number)
  • Passport Number
  • Ration Card Number
  • Bank Account Number
  • PAN Card Number
  • Any other valid Government ID

While filling NCHMCT JEE application form, email ID and phone numbers are very important. Because NTA will send details: application number, admit card updates, and exam details on the number and mail you shared.

NCHMCT JEE 2026 Documents: Photo Size Guidelines 

Uploading correct photograph is very important. Many forms get rejected due to photo issues. Official photograph guidelines for NCHMCT JEE 2026 are given below

Photo must be passport size

Background must be white

File format must be JPG

80% of face must be visible

File size must be 10 KB to 200 KB

No mask, cap, or goggles

Ears must be visible

Spectacles are allowed if used regularly

Polaroid or computer-generated photos are not allowed

 

If the photo is unclear or edited, form will be rejected. Students should keep 6 to 8 printed photographs ready. These may be needed later.

Signature Guidelines for NCHMCT JEE 2026

Signature upload is also mandatory NCHMCT JEE exam registration. It must be clear and natural.

  • Sign on white paper
  • Use blue or black ink
  • Signature must be in running handwriting
  • Do not write your name in capital letters
  • File format must be JPG
  • File size should be 4 KB to 30 KB (as per upload rules)

Unsigned forms will be rejected. Blurry or cropped signatures are not accepted.

How to Upload Documents Required for NCHMCT JEE 2026 Registration

If a candidate uploads someone else’s photo or signature, strict action will be taken. Such acts are treated as Unfair Means (UFM). His/her candidature will be cancelled. Legal action may also be taken by authorities.

How to Fill NCHMCT JEE Application Form 2026?

NCHMCT JEE application process has three simple parts. You have to complete all parts step by step.

You need to enter:

NCHMCT JEE Application 2026 Important Guidelines for Candidates

NTA has released some important guidelines for students who are appearing for NCHM JEE 2026 exam. These guidelines are available on NCHMCT JEE 2026 notification released on December 26, 2025. Candidates should read all instructions carefully.

  • Only one NCHMCT JEE application form is allowed per student
  • Once you submit NCHM JEE registration form, it cannot be withdrawn
  • Correction is allowed only during NCHMCT JEE Application correction window open
  • Wrong details can cancel candidature
  • Keep printouts of confirmation page
  • Keep NCHMCT JEE application fees payment proof safe

No. Last month is for revision only. Starting new topics at this stage creates confusion and wastes time. Focus only on topics you have already studied and improve accuracy
