NCHMCT JEE 2017 result was declared by National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT) on the official website of the exam on May 22, 2017 around 9 pm.
Aspirants can check their result for NCHMCT JEE 2017 by filling their application number, roll number and date of birth on the official website of NCHMCT JEE exam. Candidates need to note that the date of birth mentioned by them on the website should be in date-month-year format.
National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Examination (NCHMCT JEE) merit list is prepared basis the rank secured by candidates in the hotel management entrance exam. In a scenario wherein two or more aspirants secure the same rank NCHMCT JEE exam, tie break is done as per the below mentioned basis:

- Candidate securing higher marks in English section of NCHMCT JEE 2017 will be ranked higher.
- If two or more candidates secure equal marks in NCHMCT JEE 2017 as well as in the English section then the candidate securing higher marks in Service Aptitude section of the exam will be ranked higher.
- If there is a tie in both the above mentioned clauses then the candidate who is older in age shall be ranked higher.

Further, candidates who make it to the merit list of this hotel management entrance exam need to appear for NCHMCT JEE 2017 counselling round as per the counselling schedule shared by the authorities.
On the basis of an aspirant’s score in NCHMCT JEE 2017, he/she can secure admission in BSc Hospitality & Hotel Administration as well as nine other structured courses at the below mentioned colleges that accept NCHMCT JEE scores for admission:
- 21 Central Institutes of Hotel Management
- 19 State Government Institutes of Hotel Management
- One Public Sector Undertaking
- 14 Private Institutes of Hotel Management
