To attend the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET counselling, candidates need to follow the steps mentioned below:

• Visit the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET portal, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/LAWCET. Then, click on the "Admission" tab available on the homepage of the portal.
• Click on the tab related to the colleges to which you want to apply for admission to a 5-year or 3-year LLB course.
• Fill out the counselling application form and pay the counselling fee.
• Print your counselling application form for future reference.
• Register for the "web Options" (Web entry option).
• Download the provided "Seat Allotment Order."

Once you download the seat allotment order or letter, you will have to pay the admission fee in the payment mode preferred by the college that you select and attend classes.

Candidates will have to mandatory complete the document verification process to participate in web option entry and consequently will not be called for the admission. Thus, it is mandatory for candidates to provide the right information in the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET application form and verify the documents related to the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET counselling process. The counselling fee for Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2024 is INR 1000 for general category candidates. The counselling fee for the reserved category candidates is INR 500. This fee needs to be paid online. To pay the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET counselling fee 2024, candidates first need to fill out the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET counselling registration form 2024. Paying the fee for the counselling registration will be the second step in the counselling registration using a credit or debit card or net banking. Once candidates pay the counselling registration fee, they can review their counselling registration form and then submit it.

General category candidates who secured 45% marks in the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2025 will have to appear in the counselling process to confirm their admission. SC and ST category candidates do not need specific qualifying marks to attend Andhra Pradesh LAWCET counselling 2025.

There is criterion of minimum marks requirement for admission to a college through Andhra Pradesh LAWCET for candidates belonging to SC and ST categories. However, candidates of General category must score a minimum of 35% marks (42 marks out of 120 marks) to get admission to a college based on their Andhra Pradesh LAWCET scores. 

The college allotted to the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2025 test-taker will depend on the following factors: 

• Marks obtained by the candidate
• Cut off of the participating college
• Reservation criteria

Candidates who participated in the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2025 exam and secured a rank will have to participate in the counselling process. The counselling will be held in multiple rounds and involves following steps:

The web entry option is the process of selecting colleges by candidates who appeared in the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET counselling 2025. It is also called web options. During the web option, candidates need to select or freeze the seats at the colleges of their choice in order of priority. Also, one needs to select a programme of study. Once candidates click on the freeze button, they will not be able to change their college preference when the web entry exercise is live. However, they will be provided with a deadline to change the web option or the college of their choice after the commencement of the exercise.

The admission cutoff for Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2023 would be category-specific and indicate the minimum ranks one needs to secure in one's category for admission. Note that anyone who fails to meet the criteria will not get admission. The Andhra Pradesh LAWCET cutoff marks in the entrance exam are the same as the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET qualifying marks.
