The MHCET Law exam pattern will be released by the State Common Entrance Cell, Maharashtra, for the five-year and 3-year LLB programmes along with the Law MHCET 2026 notification. For effective exam preparation, the MH CET Law exam pattern should be referred to thoroughly. 

The exam pattern for MHCET Law refers to the overall pattern of the MHCET Law question paper, which includes the type of questions asked in the exam, syllabus, weightage and marking scheme. The MH CET Law will be conducted for admission to 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB at colleges accepting MHCET Law 2025. The detailed exam pattern has been discussed below.

MHCET Law Marking Scheme 2025

MH CET Law 2026 will follow the marking scheme as under:

  • For each correct answer, one mark will be awarded to candidates. 
  • There is no negative marking in the exam, therefore, in case of wrong attempts no marks will be deducted from the total marks. 
  • However, candidates must note that no marks will be awarded or deducted in case they leave questions unanswered.
