MH CET Law 5-year LLB 2026: Maharashtra State CET Cell has released the MH CET Law 2026 5 Year LLB CAP Round 3 seat allotment list. The LLB 5 Year CAP 3 seat allotment was released on September 18, 2026. Earlier, the authority released the Round 3 final merit list on September 16, 2026. Candidates can view and download their seat allotment letter at llb5cap26.mahacet.org. Students will need their registered email ID and password to download seat allotment result PDF. MH CET Law 2026 5 Year LLB Counselling Round 3 College reporting takes place from September 19 to September 23, 2026. Only students who exercised MH CET Law 5-year LLB CAP Round 3 college option form filling are allotted a college seat.

Students can either choose Freeze or Betterment option. Candidates who choose seat Freeze option will have to report to allotted college. Students will not need any login details to download category-wise final merit list PDF. Candidates must note that the MH CET Law Counselling is done online only. MH CET 5-year LLB 2026 Counselling Process

MH CET Law 2026 CAP process includes counselling registration by candidates, document verification, choice-locking, seat allocation, and confirmation of admission by the candidates. Once CAP registration process is completed, CET Cell Maharashtra releases provisional merit lists for MH CET 5-year LLB program. The MH CET Law seat allotment is issued after merit list is published.

During the counselling process, candidates, before accepting their seats, have the option to ‘Freeze’ or ‘Float’ their choices.

• Betterment option: If candidates are not satisfied with the allotted colleges, they can choose the ‘Betterment’ option. Candidates exercising this option are eligible to appear in the subsequent counselling rounds. In case they are not offered seats, they can choose the previously allotted college.
• Freeze option- Candidates can exercise ‘Freeze’ option to confirm their allotment and if they do not want to participate in the further counselling rounds. They will accept the allotted college and pay the admission fee. Such candidates will not be considered for further counselling rounds.
