The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, releases the MH CET Law syllabus for the 3-year and 5-year LLB programmes separately in the MH CET Notification. MHT CET Law syllabus for 5-year LLB includes five subjects, while MH CET Law 3 year LLB syllabus includes four subjects.

The subject-wise syllabus is provided by the state examination cell to prepare for the MH CET Law exam. MHCET Law Section-wise Syllabus is provided for all the five sections.

The questions in the MH CET Law Legal Aptitude and Reasoning section will be based on the following topics,

No, even though the MHCET LAW examination is conducted by the same body for both courses, the question papers are different. The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test law 3-year LL.B.
