The MHCET Law 2026 exam was reported to be of easy to moderate level as per the students who appeared in the MH Law CET 3-year & 5-Year LLB exam. MH CET Law 2024 Analysis
The MH CET Law 2024 analysis is based on the following criteria,
- Exam difficulty level
- Sectional difficulty for the question paper
- Types of questions asked in the exam
- Candidates' opinions about the exam question paper
The exam for the 3-year LLB course was easy to moderate in terms of the difficulty level. The main emphasis of the question paper was on the General Knowledge and Current Affairs section, which was the easiest among all sections. In GK, most of the questions were based on the static GK topic. For the Current Affairs segment, questions were related to events that took place in 2023. GK questions were based on the awards and recognition, such as the Bharat Ratna Award and the Oscar Award. Olympics-related questions were also asked in this section.
There were 3 questions based on the Coding-Decoding topic and 2 questions based on the Blood Relation topic. Questions were also asked related to the Seating Arrangement topic of reasoning. The English was moderately difficult. The last 10–11 questions were based on the Reading Comprehension section. Almost 50% of the questions that were asked in the exam last year were also asked this year.
In the shift 2, questions were related to spelling error topic in the English section. The Logical and Analytical Reasoning section was easy in this shift. There was no question related to Syllogism in the second shift. Chief Ministers, Governers and Capitals of States were the main topics on which questions were asked in the GK section of the shift 2 exam. The question related to Folk Dance Forms in India were also asked in shift 2.
Basic math questions, such as finding the missing numbers were also there in the question paper. Math-related questions was a surprise for candidates because math subject is not a part of the MH CET Law 3-year LLB syllabus.
Sports-related questions were also asked in slot 2. Approximately, 15 questions were based on passages. In the second shift, questions in the Current Affairs and General Knowledge section were based on Current Affairs.

Yes, as per the previous year notification, you can choose to answer the MHCET law question paper in Marathi. The examination cell allows applicants to choose either English or Marathi. During the application process, can will be able to fill the preferred language.
MH CET Law question papers consist of MCQs. Candidates are required to answer these questions in a computer-based test mode (online). You can skip questions if you do not know their answers. However, candidates should answer all questions because there is no negative marking scheme in the MH CET Law exam. The option of marking for review is also available for questions in the MH CET Law question paper. Candidates can answer these questions later before clicking on the submit or end exam button.

Mathematics was the easiest section in the question paper and the difficulty level of the English section was easy to moderate. Questions in this section were mainly asked on topics including voice, one word substitution, synonyms, and antonyms. The word meanings in the English section were related to legal terms or words. In the Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning section, questions were based on legal principles.
