KMAT 2025 Registration (Session 2 Extended): Last Date (October 15), Fees, How to Apply

Before candidates start filling KMAT application form, they should have the following required documents:

• Class 10 mark sheet

• Class 12 mark sheet

• Graduation mark sheet/certificate

• Date of birth proof

• Address proof

• Caste category certificate (if applicable)

• Credit/debit card or net banking credentials

• Scanned signature

• Scanned passport-size photo of self (not more than three months old)

Check the below steps to apply for the KMAT exam.

Step 1–KMAT registration

• Visit the official website and click on 'KMAT 2025 Application' from the top menu bar
• Click on the 'Register Button' on the webpage or copy https://135.235.180.55/form-submission/kmat-landing

• Candidates need to fill in details such as name, date of birth, e-mail, phone number, and country to register for Karnataka KMAT 2025.

• On successful registration, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number that candidates need to enter in the space provided on the KMAT Karnataka application window.

• Candidates will receive their application number and password on their registered mobile number and email ID.

Step 2- Login to fill out the KMAT application form 

Candidates need to log in with their KMAT credentials i.e. Application Number and Password to fill out the form. The details to be filled in the application form are:

• Candidates must fill in their names as mentioned on their official documents.

• Candidates must select the appropriate option irrespective of the fact whether they are or aren't residents of Karnataka state.

• Enter the date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format.

• Select the appropriate category option, i.e., MBA or MCA.

Please Note: The candidates who are applying for two streams have to register separately for each stream. Separate hall tickets will be issued to those candidates

• Applicants need to specify the stream/discipline in which they have obtained the graduation degree.

• Complete postal address and other communication details should be correctly mentioned in the space provided. Candidates should write their first name in CAPITAL LETTERS only.

Candidates need to pay an application fee for KMAT 2025 application form using Net banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, Wallets & other online payment methods.

Candidates must make sure that the online transaction is completed and the receipt/acknowledgement is generated. Also, they should keep a copy of the fee payment acknowledgement slip for future reference.

Read below to know some of the common mistakes that should be avoided while filling out the KMAT application form:

1. Do not press the back button or refresh the page while making the payment. The incomplete transaction will lead to an incomplete registration process.

2. Enter the correct communication address.

3. Do not delete e-mails and SMS mentioning the details of the KMAT registration ID and password.

4. Ensure downloading the submitted application form and get a printout of the same for future reference.

5. Ensure the photograph and signatures are within the set limits and dimensions. Read the instructions given before uploading the documents.
