KMAT mock test 2026 will be made live on KMAT website, for students who registered for exam. Taking mock test is compulsory to take KMAT exam 2026. To understand question paper structure, important topics and weightage, students should take KMAT mock tests. The KMAT mock test pattern will be as follows:

  • There are 60 MCQs
  • The duration of the exam is 30 minutes
  • There is no negative markings and sectional time limit
  • Total marks are 60.

But to take the official mock test, students need to have a laptop or deskptop and good internet connection. The official mock test will also not work on tablets.

A good score in KMAT is subjective. However, a score between 104 to 106 can be considered good for the general category for admission to the tier I KMAT colleges. Whereas for admission to Tier 2 and Tier 3 colleges in Karnataka, a KMAT score between 70-80 is also fine.

As per the information on the web, the closing rank for GM category in 2025 was 11442 in round 3. So, yes candidate can pursue MCA from NIE Mysore. The chances may be low, because the priority is given to candidate with higher ranks.

Kerala KMAT I a medium difficulty level exam. The test is designed in such a way that candidates are tested on the English, Reasoning, Quantitative and GK knowledge. 3-4 months of preparation is enough to crack this exam.
