AIAPGET Counselling 2025: Stray Round Registration (Started), Seat Allotment Result, Reporting, Dates, Cutoff

AIAPGET counselling starts with online registration. Registration can be done on the official website, aaccc.gov.in. Apart from registration, the counselling process involves choice filling of college and course. Steps of the counselling process are given below: 

• Step 1: Registration for AACCC-PG Counseling
• Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee (Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Deposit Money)
• Step 3: Choice filling and locking Step
• 4: Release of Seat allotment list (Result Publication) 
• Step 5: Reporting to the allotted college.
• Step 6: Submit willingness for up-gradation of the seat

Yes. Registration can be done in all three rounds except stray vacancy round. Candidates will have to register and submit application form on the official website for AIAPGET 2025 counselling. Candidates are advised to use the same e-mail address and mobile number for registration on the AACCC PG portal for Counseling which was provided to NTA during registration of AIAPGET 2025 examination. Be extremely careful while registering in the AACCC PG Portal. Your allotment will be as per the information provided at the time of registration.

Candidates who wish to participate in the counselling of AIAPGET need to register on the official website of AACCC and fill the application form. Candidates are advised to fill in the exact same details that were filled in the AIAPGET application form 2025 on the website of NTA. Any discrepancy in these two forms may lead to the disqualification of the candidate. Candidates are advised to use the same mobile number/email ID submitted during registration for AIAPGET examination. The data entered by the candidate during registration on the NTA portal will be pre- populated and used for counseling purposes. 

Candidates who didn't get seat despite registration in round-1 AIAPGET counselling are eligible. Some of the eligible candidates for round-2 seat allotment have been enlisted below: 

• AIAPGET qualified candidates who have not registered in Round-1
• Candidates registered for the 1st round and were not allotted seats
• Candidates who have opted for free exit in the 1st Round
• Candidates joined the allotted seat iqn the 1st round and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the 2nd round

Yes candidates will be asked to show admit card during reporting for AIAPGET 2025 counselling. It is to be noted candidates must carry original certificates and documents for reporting. Apart from admit card, candidates need following documents:

• AIAPGET 2025 result
• Mark Sheets of BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS
• BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS Degree Certificate
•  Internship Completion Certificate stating candidate had completed his/her duration by January 31, 2025
• Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by CCIM/State Medical Council
• High school/higher secondary certificate/birth certificate
• A valid photo ID proof (PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or Aadhar Card)
• Caste/community Certificate

A total of 4 rounds of AIAPGET counselling is held for seat allotment. All three rounds except last stray round is held online. Candidates have to register and declare choice for college and course for seat allotment. Registration can be done on the official website. It must be noted registration is allowed only in starting three rounds. No registration is allowed in stray vacancy round AIAPGET counselling. Candidate should ensure that all the information filled in during the online registration/application form is correct and factual. AACCC shall not entertain any request to change/modify/edit/alter the information provided by the candidates.

AACCC has completed round-3 AIAPGET 2025 counselling. Registration for stray round started on November 19, 2025. Deadline for stray round registration and choice filling is November 24, 2025. Candidates have to register on the official website to participate in AIAPGET counselling. Seats are allotted based on declared choices, availablity of seats, AIAPGET score etc.

To get forgotten password for your registered account, follow these steps:

• Choose whether you want to authenticate yourself using security question or OTP
• Enter stream, roll number, application number and security pin
• If you have chosen to authenticate via security question, enter date of birth and answer security question
• f you have chosen to authenticate via OTP, enter code received on registered mobile number
• Now reset password and proceed

Yes, candidate can do but he/she needs to withdraw/surrender from the respective institute three days prior to the commencement of registration for the 3rd round with forfeiture of security money to avoid disqualifying from further counseling. If the candidate fails to do so, he/she shall be ineligible for further AYUSH-PG counseling (Central/State/UT/Central Pool Quota. Exit is not allowed after a candidate is allotted seat in round-3 counselling.

NTA will conduct AIAPGET 2025 counselling in online mode. Candidates have to register online to participate in the counselling. Eligible candidates who qualify the exam can register on the official website for the counselling. After that, they have to pay fee to complete the registration process. After registration, candidates have to declare choices for college and course seeking admission into. Four rounds of counselling will be held for All India Quota seats.
