UPESEAT 2026 Application Form (OUT): Registration Link, Form-filling, Fee & More

To apply for the UPESEAT exam, candidates have to complete registration, form filling, uploading of documents and fee payment. Any candidate who fails to complete any of the stages will not be considered for the exam. The UPESEAT 2026 registration last date for phase 2 was extended to April 30. Those who seek admission to BTech courses at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) must check the eligibility criteria before applying online.

Register as a New applicant

• Visit the UPES website; upes.ac.in
• Click on the Applicant Login/Apply in the top right corner of the page.
• Fill the requisite details, first name, middle name, last name, mobile number, email ID, date of birth. After filling in all details, candidates need to select their nationality, the preferred course and specialisation
• Verify their mobile number and Email ID.

UPES Application Fee Payment 

• After filling out the UPESEAT 2026 application form, students have to pay the registration fee
• A candidate has to pay Rs 1750 as the UPESEAT application fee. 
• Payment can be made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Pay U. 

Filling the Educational Details (Academic History)

• Fill in academic details of Class 10th (Percentage/CGPA), Class 12th (Percentage/CGPA), Marks (Marks in Percentage, PCM/PCB Percentage), Name of the School and others. 
• Review all the details once and then click on Complete Application Form.

Final submission of UPES Application Form 2026

• Upload the scanned images of the required documents and review all the details filled in the UPESEAT registration form.  
• Submit the UPESEAT 2026 application form.

Once candidates complete the form-filling procedure, they have to pay the fee. Candidates must note that the UPESEAT 2026 application fee is the same for all categories. Students must keep in mind that the registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. The UPESEAT application fee is Rs 1750 for all candidates. Applicants can pay the application fee for UPSEAT 2026 through credit/debit card, UPI, internet banking and more.

Candidates have to upload certain documents given below to fill the application form of UPESEAT 2026

• Migration / Transfer Certificate
• Student Aadhar Card
• PAN Card of Student and Parents
• Domicile Certificate / Sthai Niwas Praman Patra of Applicant (In case of Uttarakhand domicile)
• Family Income Proof: Parents’ ITR of the current year (Family Income should be less than 12LPA to avail the benefit)

Applicants need to enter the details from the following documents as well. However, there is no need to upload these documents:

• 10th Marksheet
• 12th Marksheet
• National Level Exam Score (If any)

The UPESEAT 2026 admit card is sent to candidates at their registered email address two days before the exam. Moreover, candidates can access the UPESEAT admit card from the login portal at upes.ac.in. As the exam is conducted in online mode, there is no mention of the exam centre address. Instead, the UPESEAT admit card 2026 has the passkey to appear for the exam.
