The University of Petroleum & Energy Sciences(UPES) is inviting applications from applicants appearing in class 12th or passed 12th for admission in UG/PG courses for the annual year 2025-26. The UPES conducts UPESEAT every year for admission to BTech courses. Candidates can get admission to BTech course through various ways in the UPES such as through JEE Mains, CUET UG, Class 12th Marks and UPESEAT entrance exam. Candidates can fill the UPESEAT 2025 for admission to BTech courses at the University of Petroleum Sciences. - Candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in Classes X and XII, with 50% in PCM (Physics/Chemistry and Mathematics) in Class XII.
- Any other specific eligibility criteria related to the chosen course will be displayed while filling out the UPESEAT 2025 application form.
How To Fill UPESEAT 2025 Application Form?
Candidate can fill the UPESEAT 2025 application form in online mode only. Candidates can follow the below give steps to complete the UPES entrance exam application form.
- Visit the official website: upes.ac.in
- Click on the APPLY/ Applicant Login tab
- A Registration window will open, fill the required basic details along with permanent communication details (Mobile Number and Email ID)
- After the successful verification of mobile number and email ID, candidates need to click on Go To Payment
- After completing the application payment successfully, the candidate needs to complete the application form.
- Click on Academic History and fill out all required education details.
- Click on Complete Application Form, Fill in all other details, and upload the required documents.
- Finally, submit the UPESEAT 2025 application form and take the printout for later references.
What is the UPESEAT Application Fee 2025?
The application fee for UPESEAT 2025 will be INR 1,350 for all candidates. Candidates can use prescribed payment methods such as credit/debit card, UPI, internet banking to complete the UPESEAT application fee payment.

- The size of the photograph must be between 20 to 50 KB and of signature must be between 10 to 25 KB.

Re-registration to the higher semester is mandatory to become eligible to appear for the university examination for existing students.
