Yes. There is an age criteria to apply for KEE. For Undergraduate/integrated programs, the age as of July 01, 2025, must not be over 21 years. For Post Graduate and all other programs, there is no age limit. However, candidates above 30 years will be considered for admission based on the approval of the Institution's Administration.

How to Fill the KEE 2026 Application Form

The KEE 2026 application form can be filled by Indian nationals, as well as NRI/Foreign National candidates, by following the procedure given below.

Fill out the KEE EOI form:

  • Go to the official website karunya.edu and fill out the form of Expression of Interest (EOI) form online.
  • A candidate has to fill in the following details in the EOI form.
    • Candidate's name
    • Email ID
    • Mobile number
    • Programme applying for (UG/PG/Lateral/Diploma)
    • Institute last studied (Within India (Indian)/Outside India (NRI)/ Outside India(Foreigner)
    • Class 10 marks
    • State
    • Interested programme Choice-1
    • Interested programme Choice-2
    • Contact Preferences
  • Then click on the submit button for the submission of the information.

After filling EOI form:

  • After receiving the EOI from a candidate, the admission authority of the varsity sends an acknowledgement SMS and email to the registered mobile number and email address. In the acknowledgement, there will be an application number and a pass code to apply online.

Login to fill out the online application form and upload documents:

  • Candidates have to use the application number and pass code to submit the application form at the admission login portal.
  • Candidates have to upload the following documents while submitting the Karunya University application form.
    • Recent passport-size photograph (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm).
    • Signature (should be either in blue or black on white paper)
    • Class 10 mark sheet/certificate or any equivalent document as proof of Date of Birth.

Payment of the KEE application fee:

After submitting the KEE online form successfully, make payment of the prescribed fee and download the payment receipt as well as the provisional admission order from the KITS website. Candidates will also receive an SMS and email regarding the successful fee payment. Also, fill in the correct and complete details in the application form otherwise, KEE 2026 admit card may not be issued.

Q:   If I was not able to the KEE application fee, will I be issued the KEE admit card?
A: 

No. The KEE admit card is issued only to the candidates who complete the KEE application form submission successfully. To be able to complete the application form submission succesfully, candidates maust pay the application fee  before the deadline or else their registrations remain incomplete. The candidates with incomplete application form are not issued the KEE application form.
