How to Make Corrections in NCHMCT JEE 2025 Application Form:
Candidates can follow the simple steps given below to make corrections in the already filled application form of NCHMCT JEE:

- Log in using your application number and password.
- Click on the 'Application Correction' link.
- Make the necessary corrections in the available editable fields.
- Save your updated application and re-submit.

- Class 12 mark sheet: You will need to upload a scanned copy of your Class 12 mark sheet. The mark sheet should be from a recognised board or university.
- Identity proof: You will need to upload a scanned copy of a valid identity proof, such as your Aadhaar card, PAN card, or Voter's ID card.
Additional Documents (if applicable):
- Category certificate: If you belong to an SC, ST, or OBC category, you will need to upload a scanned copy of your category certificate.
- Disability certificate: If you are a person with disability (PWD), you will need to upload a scanned copy of your disability certificate.
- Ex-serviceman certificate: If you are an ex-serviceman or the dependent of an ex-serviceman, you will need to upload a scanned copy of your ex-serviceman certificate.
