RIE CEE Application Form 2026: Registration Fees & Steps to Fill the Form

Candidates need to submit the required documents

• Scanned passport-sized photograph and signature
• Details from your Class 10, Class 12, or Graduation mark sheets (depending on the course applied for) to enter marks and grades
•  A valid government-issued ID such as an Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, or Passport.
•  If applying under SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS categories, a scanned copy of the certificate issued by a competent authority.
• Proof of residence in the State or UT you are applying from. This is mandatory for state quota verification.
• Valid Email ID and Mobile Number

Candidates must carefully follow the instructions when filling out RIE CEE Application Form to ensure a successful submission and avoid rejection due to errors or incomplete details.

• Before starting application process, go through RIE CEE notification and eligibility criteria for your chosen course. Ensure to meet all requirements before proceeding.
• Provide an active email ID and mobile number. All communication regarding exam, including OTPs, login credentials, and updates, will be sent to these.
• Fill in your name, date of birth, and other personal details exactly as mentioned in your official documents (Class 10 certificate or equivalent). Any mismatch may lead to disqualification.
• Ensure that your photograph, signature, and certificates are scanned and uploaded in the correct format, size, and dimensions as specified in the application guidelines.
• Select appropriate group (A, B, or C) and course based on your eligibility. Double-check before final submission, as changes may not be allowed later.
• Use the “Preview” option to verify all entered details. Make corrections if necessary before clicking “Submit” button.
• After submitting the form, proceed to the payment gateway. Ensure payment is successful, and note transaction ID for future reference.
• Download and print completed application form and payment receipt. These will be required during the admission and counselling process.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

• Entering wrong personal or academic details

• Uploading unclear or incorrectly sized photos or signatures

• Using inactive or incorrect email IDs or mobile numbers

• Submitting the form without checking the details

RIE CEE application form will be available on the official website of the exam authority. Students planning to apply for RIE CEE exam can fill out the application form once it is released. Students who are applying for the first time need to register first to fill out application. Completing all the required details is important to get the RIE CEE registration number. Here is how you can complete the form-filling process.

Registration as a New Candidate

• Go to the official registration website for RIE CEE during the application period.

• Enter your personal information and contact details carefully.

• This will send OTPs (one-time passwords) to your mobile and email.

• Type in the codes you received to verify your phone number and email.

• Read the terms and conditions, then check the "I Agree" box.

• Click "Reverify" to review everything you entered.

• If everything looks correct, tick the confirmation boxes and click "Submit".

• You will receive a User ID and Password on your phone and email.

• Click "Go to Application" at the top-right corner to move to the next step.

Login

• Use the emailed details to sign in.

• Enter all the details and double-check them.

• Upload all the documents that are being asked in the prescribed format.

• Make payment for the final submission.

After signing up, candidate can either go to Step-II (for filling up application details) by clicking the “Go To Application” button OR if the candidate has logged out after registration, then the candidate can re-login by entering the User ID and Password on Login page and then clicking on “LOGIN” button for login. Then

• The candidate must click on “Go To Application” button at top right corner for filling up Personal Details, Additional Details, Communication Details, Qualification Details, Test City, Declaration, Upload relevant Documents (photo/ signature, relevant certificates, etc.).

• After filling all required details, candidate must submit the application.

• Pay applicable Application Fee online via CC Avenue Payment Gateway through Net Banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, etc.

Uploading Documents

Instructions regarding scanning of Photograph, Signature: Candidates should upload the scanned (digital) image of their photograph and signature in Jpg/jpeg format, as per the process given below:

Photograph Image:

• The photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture with a light background (not older than 03
  weeks).

• Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.

• The size of the scanned image should be between 100KB to 200KB in jpg/jpeg format only.

Signature image:

• The applicant has to sign on white paper with a black ink pen.

• The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.

• Please scan the signature area only and not the entire page.

• Size of file should be between 80KB and 150KB in JPG/JPEG format only.

Certificates/Documents:

• Scanned copies of required certificates, respectively, for EWS / SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL)/ PWD, etc., as applicable.

• Size of the respective scanned file should be between 100 KB and a maximum of 1000 KB size in PDF/JPG/JPEG format only

Important: A candidate can apply for more than one Programme for admission with a single registration and a single payment as per their eligibility (as specified in the Eligibility Criteria in the CEE Portal). After uploading the photograph, signature, and required Certificates/ Documents, click on "Preview" tab and check whether the particulars filled are correct in all respects. In case of any error, the same can be edited before finally clicking on "Submit" tab. Once the application is submitted, candidates will automatically be redirected to CC Avenue payment gateway to deposit the fee.

RIE CEE Eligibility Criteria

To successfully submit application form, candidates will have to pay the RIE CEE application fee online through either debit card/ credit card/ net banking) or offline (Canara Bank/ HDFC e-challan) mode.

After you pay the fee, you need to print or save your RIE CEE application form and keep it with you. It will be needed later when you go for admission at your RIE.

Important: RIE CEE application form fee can change anytime, the amount shown now is just a rough idea.

After submitting the application form, candidates will be redirected to the CC Avenue payment page. Before making the payment, check all the details carefully. Candidates can use any available online payment method. Once the payment is successful, they will be redirected back to the application form page. It is important to save the payment transaction number for future reference.

If candidates make any mistakes while filling out RIE CEE application form, the conducting authority may open a correction window for a limited time. During this period, applicants can log in with their details and edit certain information.

• Personal information (except name and date of birth)

• Academic details

• Uploaded documents (if required)

• Test city preference

After the correction window closes, no further changes will be allowed. Therefore, candidates must review all details carefully before final submission.
