AMU PhD Admission 2022
MPhil and PhD is offered in various discipline at doctorate level. PhD admission generally takes place in the month of August every year. Centralized admission test is conducted for PhD programme.
- Eligibility: Candidate must have passed Master’s Degree or its equivalent, recognized from a university in the relevant subject to his/ her proposed field of research with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks or equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale (Or an equivalent overall average grade point wherever grading system is followed)
- Selection Criteria: Candidates who have qualified NET/ JRF/ GATE/ CSIR/ DBT/ ICARwill be exempted from the entrance test but they need to appear in the Presentation cum Interview round.
