Andhra University Visakhapatnam Course Admissions 2025: Dates, Fee, Eligibility & Selection

Andhra University doesn't release cutoff for B.Tech courses such as B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, Naval Architecture and Ship Building and B.Tech in Biotechnology. Candidates must qualify for Andhra Pradesh EAMCET/ Andhra Pradesh ECET for admission to the B.Tech course. To get a seat in Andhra University's other UG courses, candidates must get an overall state-wise rank of below 300 INI CET closing ranks. Some of the affiliated colleges of Andhra University accept JEE Main score for admission to Engineering programmes.

For admission to BCom course at Andhra University, students have completed Class 12 exam with qualifying scores. Andhra University BCom admission is merit-based.

Andhra University offers admission through its affiliated collges. The last round closing ranks across various affiliated colleges of Andhra University varied between 4982 and 89177 for CSE admission. Therefore, it is very much possible to get admission at the University with a 65000 rank in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET. Although, the choice of the college would be limited and depend upon the cutoff ranks of the particular college.

M.Pharma	Candidate must have passsed B.Pharma. and obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of reserved category candidates) from an AICTE/UGC approved institution recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto. Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis.
Ph.D.	Candidate who have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in pharmacy course conducted by the Andhra Pradesh / Telangana State Board of Technical Education and Training or any other examination recognised as equivalent can also apply. Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission (2023).
M.E./M.Tech	Candidate must have passsed B.E./B.Tech. in relevant stream and obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of reserved category candidates) from an AICTE/UGC approved institution recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto. Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis.
B.Pharma	Candidates should have completed 16 years of age by the date of commencement of admission or on such other date as may be notified by the CET committee. There is no upper age limit.

After filling out the application form for the BSc course at Andhra University and attaching the relevant documents, candidates are required to pay the application fee. Moreover, candidates will receive a payment link in their email address, click on the pay option, and pay the application fee for 2025, i.e., INR 2000 (non-refundable fee).
