As per the Annamalai University placement report from NIRF data, 811 UG (4-year) Agriculture and 125 PG (2-year) Agriculture students were placed during the 2023 placements. Further, 473 BTech and 18 MTech students were placed. In Pharmacy, 74 students were placed in total. Additionally, 91 MBA students were placed.

The 2024 placement details have not been released. As per the 2023 placement details fetched from the NIRF report 2024, 811 UG 4 year Agriculture and 125 PG 2 year Agriculture students were placed. The median packages offered to BTech and MTech students were INR 3.80 LPA and INR 4.28 LPA, respectively. The median package for UG and PG Agriculture courses were between INR 3.19 LPA and INR 4.22 LPA. For the MBA, the median package offered during placements 2023 was INR 2.17 LPA.

Decent academy support with a good campus, but needs more practical exposure.
Placements: Around 60%-70% of students from the B.E. Civil course got placed. The highest package offered is around 6 LPA, the lowest is around 2 LPA, and the average is about 3.5 LPA. Top recruiters include NGOs, media houses, and educational firms. Around 50% of students got internships in companies like Tech for India, Times Group, and local startups. Common roles include content writers, research assistants, and HR trainees.
Infrastructure: The college provides good facilities for our department, including smart classrooms, fast Wi-Fi, and well-equipped computer labs. The library is quiet and stocked with useful study material. Hostels are clean and have basic amenities. The food in the mess is average, while the canteen offers a better variety. Medical help is available on campus with a health center. Sports facilities, such as a playground and indoor games, are provided to encourage student recreation. Overall, the infrastructure is decent and supports both academics and student life well.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified, supportive, and knowledgeable in their subjects. The teaching quality is good, with practical examples and regular doubt-solving sessions. The course curriculum is up-to-date and industry-relevant, which helps in preparing students for real-world challenges. Semester exams are moderately difficult but manageable with regular study. The pass percentage is decent, with most students clearing their exams on time.
Other: I chose the B.E. Civil Engineering course for its broad subject options and scope for learning. The best part is the supportive faculty and flexible curriculum. I wish there were more practical activities. The campus crowd is friendly, events are lively, and the college is well-connected. Scholarships are also available.

The MSW program at Annamalai University provided me with strong practical learning skills.
Placements: The placement rate ranged from an average of 50-87%, with the median package at 2 LPA. The highest monthly package was Rs. 25000, the average was 15000, and the lowest was 9,000 per month. Top recruiters are UNICEF, HELP AGE INDIA, UNESCO, Department of Rural Development, and Apollo Pharmacy. Around 75% of students got internships at CAD Macro, Episource, IDBI Federal, and Apollo Hospital. Top roles offered are community development, family and child welfare, school social work, human resource management
Infrastructure: Annamalai University has good infrastructure, including classrooms, a library, hostels, and a health center. The MSW department is well-equipped with experienced faculty and offers both theoretical and practical learning. 2. Separate hostels are available for boys and girls, including international students, with single shared rooms. The university canteen offers affordable nutritious meals daily across multiple outlets, along with snack corners and juice bars. There is an on-campus health center with resident doctors, labs, first aid, and a 24-hour hospital. Medical services and insurance are free for students. Extensive sports facilities include an indoor stadium, badminton courts, table tennis, chess, and carrom. 1.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is good, with a focus on both theory and practical skills. 2. Yes, the MSW course curriculum is relevant and includes fieldwork, preparing students for roles in NGOs, hospitals, HR, and community services. 3. Semester exams are moderately difficult, covering both theory and internal assessments, with pass percentages ranging from 75% to 85%.
Other: I chose the MSW course because I wanted to help people and create positive change in society. 2. I wish the course had more updated study materials and better access to online resources. 3. Annamalai University hosts various cultural events and festivals that bring students from different backgrounds together. Scholarships are available for deserving students, especially those from economically weaker sections.

Poor Placements for Pharma. D.
Placements: Total 30 students per batch, not sure about the package because I still have one more year. But most of my seniors rarely got placements from our college for our particular course, only a few companies come for placement. Apollo is the only company I've heard of so far.
Infrastructure: Course, lab facilities are good but the hostel is the worst. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my stay at the hostel. As a student, I expected a comfortable and conducive environment to focus on my studies. Unfortunately, this hostel has fallen short of my expectations in every aspect. The rooms are cramped, with broken furniture and dirty linens. The bathrooms are poorly maintained, with leaky faucets and unhygienic conditions. The hostel's infrastructure is outdated, with frequent power outages and water supply issues.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. The teaching at has exceeded my expectations. The professors are highly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and dedicated to their students' success. They use innovative teaching methods, making complex concepts easy to understand. The faculty is approachable, and they provide individual attention to students. The teaching style is interactive, with regular discussions, quizzes, and assignments.

In this college, every year, there is a large number of students admitted to this course. In this course, the highest package is 5 LPA and the lowest package is 2 LPA, as a career in teaching.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good, but there are limited facilities available because it does not provide many courses, so there are fewer facilities. In this college, hostel facilities are available, but an extra charge is taken to use the facilities.

Good placements, and we have another branch in Coimbatore. The hostel facilities are good.
Placements: Highest package offered so far is between 9 to 12 LPA, especially for CSE and IT students. That is one of the biggest achievements of the year! Students felt more confident this year due to regular aptitude training sessions. Departments like ECE and EEE also saw good placements, especially in core companies. The top roles offered are HR roles and software analyst positions. I have an ECE background and core-related companies are offering more jobs.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are neat and comfortable. Food is average, but we manage well with canteens inside the campus. The dental block inside the college helps students access basic medical facilities when needed. Overall, the infrastructure is good. The classrooms are clean and well-maintained. Labs are well-equipped with proper electrical instruments. The library has plenty of useful books, and students can access it anytime.
Faculty: Faculty had a good educational background. They are helpful when it comes to projects and presentations, even with their help, I got first prize in a paper presentation. They teach us practically and theoretically, so it is very helpful to apply engineering principles in real life. Exams are sometimes tough, especially when handling department-related papers; sometimes, they are even tough to clear.
Other: Big events happen only once a year, and that was grand too. Random events occur twice a month. But academically and placement-wise, it was okay.

Placements: 20% of students get placed in the civil course. The minimum salary offered ranges from Rs. 15,000-20,000 per month. It offers nice packages. The package offered us 4 LPA. Normal companies visit the college to hire students from this course. Only a few students got placed in the college. Small roles are offered in this course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good in this college. There are many entertainment options in this college's infrastructure. The hostel food is of average quantity and good. The food is worth the money.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced at the university. Their teaching quality is good. Exams at Annamalai University make students ready. The college practical exams are conducted strictly. Semester exams are very tough.
