Assam University offers a wide range of UG, PG, certificate, and doctoral courses under various specialisations, and it accepts CUET scorecards/ranks mainly for its UG courses.

Candidates willing to apply to UG courses of Assam University through CUET should have a minimum aggregate of 55%-60%. These marks are the minimum qualifying criteria for candidates to be considered for the CUET entrance exam through which students will become eligible for admission to Assam University.

Assam University can be considered competitive as admission is based on the entrance exam scores. Courses such as BTech in Computer Science and Engineering are hard to get due to the high cutoff in JEE Main.
