Amazing placement and amazing college.
Placements: Excellent college, 70 percent of students were placed in our course. The highest package is 6 LPA. 60 percent of students got internships from our course in many different types of companies.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course/department, such as labs, classrooms, library, auditorium, canteen, and college park. We have an old canteen, a lecture office, an HOD office, a director's office, a bathroom, toilets, a cricket playground, and a volleyball court.
Faculty: These college teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Very good teaching quality, and it makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are very easy in our colleges because our teachers are good and the teaching quality is very good.

The affordable college for the locals of Berhampur for a general degree.
Placements: Roughly 30 to 40% students got the placement in the CSE/IT branch. The mechanical students' placement here was not so good. There was not a very good number for the package. The highest package here was just near 5 LPA, and the average was 2 to 3 LPA. Companies like Royal Enfield, Mando, etc., come to recruit.
Infrastructure: The boys' hostel was inside the campus, whereas the girls' hostel was in the town. Each room of the boys' hostel contains a minimum of 4 to 5 students. There was no wi-fi system available, and the classrooms were just normal, nothing new. The canteen food quality was just average, not so good. Students mostly complained about the hygiene.
Faculty: The teachers were okay, but not so experienced. The curriculum was not so relevant, most of the topics were outdated. The teaching quality of teachers was hit or miss. The semester exams were quite easy, and most of the questions came from the teacher's notes. The pass percentage was above 85% in the campus.
Other: There were no extracurricular activities here, and the campus was also not so big, but it is cheaper than the BBSR colleges.

My college is excellent for the students who wants to explore their career in here.
Placements: In my college 79 percent of students are placed in our course. The highest package given by the company is 15 LPA. The lowest package given by the company is 5 LPA and the average package is 9 LPA. Companies like Tech Mahindra and Oracle visit our course. There are 85 percent of students who get internships in our course in companies like Infosys.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi facilities in our college are excellent. Labs are good and the teachers in the labs are so supportive. Smart classrooms are there so that a student should understand what the professor is reading. Hostel are near by the college and the hostel food is so good.
Faculty: Our teachers are supporting the students understand the subject that is difficult for them. The course curriculum relevant. This makes us industry ready. Semester exams are not so difficult if a student prepares for them well. The pass percentage of our college is 80 percent.
Other: I chose this course to understand the computer brick by brick. The best thing about my course is I am doing the job from home and can access it without going to college.

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2029

Strong CSE, decent placements, average mess.
Placements: I am pursuing B.Tech in CSE. Around 60-70% of students in this course are placed, with the highest package being about 23-24 LPA, the lowest being 3 LPA, and an average of roughly 5-7 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Flipkart, and Western Digital. Nearly 70% of CSE students receive internships, mostly in IT and service-based companies. Common roles offered are software engineer, developer, and analyst. As I am currently in the first year, I don't know much about the insights of placements. This is all I have known from my seniors, but a few seniors say there are barely any companies coming.
Infrastructure: For B.Tech CSE, the infrastructure is good, not anything fancy, with projectors in classrooms and whiteboards, well-equipped computer labs, and a central library that has plenty of technical books and all. The hostels are decent, with 24/7 water and very rare electricity cutoffs, average Wi-Fi speed but 24/7 availability, common washrooms, and basic sports and gym facilities. The mess and canteen food is okay or average with both veg and non-veg options, though the taste and hygiene are poor or average at times. Medical support is available on campus through a dispensary and ambulance.
Faculty: Most teachers in CSE are helpful, well-qualified, and have good subject knowledge and experience. The only issue was the accent of a few teachers, which made it hard to interpret what they were trying to say. The curriculum is broadly relevant and focuses on practical and industry-oriented skills, so it does help in making students industry-ready, though it feels like some subjects could be more updated. Semester exams are usually moderate to strict, with some twisted questions, but with regular study, they are manageable. The pass percentage range is roughly 60-80% depending on the batch.
Other: As I have a keen interest in computers, I chose CSE, and in my course, I think more practical things should be added. Our college hosts one main event that is SANKALP, which is a traditional and tech fest generally held in the month of November. The university is a bit secluded, with barely any shops outside. It's 15 km away from the city, and our college has the best bus facility. Many teachers encourage us to take scholarships, which are a government scheme.

A good college, now it's an autonomous college.

Classrooms are spacious and digitally updated. There are two hostels, one boys' hostel outside the campus and a girls' hostel inside the campus. Mess food is average.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. They are highly educated and experienced. They use simple language which is easy to understand. The course is good. It makes us ready to explore the new world. There are two semesters in a year. Each semester has two sessionals which are conducted by the college.
