    Admission to BIT Mesra Ranchi MCA is based on merit in the BIT MCA examination score. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can take this entrance exam to get a seat in this course.     Q:   What is the application fee for BIT Mesra MCA?
    A: 

    The application fee for BIT Mesra MCA is INR 1,500 for General/OBC/EWS candidates and INR 1,000 for SC/ST candidates. Only after the fee payment, an application can be submitted successfully. Moreover, the fee payment can be done through an online payment gateway. Candidates shall be able to pay the fee through credit card/debit card/net banking. Further, aspirants shall ensure that they make the payment within the due date.

    The technology institute provides placement support to its students. Many top companies visit its campus for placements. As of now, a course-wise placement report is not available. As per a consolidated report, during the BIT Mesra placements 2023, a total of 982 job offers were made and 192 companies participated in the placements drive.     Best College to Do M.CA After NITs, IITs.
    Placements: The placement records for M.CA here are excellent before the recession, but after that, they are only average. The average package for M.CA is around 5-6 Lacs. Our batch capacity is 73. The B.Tech placement of this college is better compared to M.CA. After the 1st year, MCA students are allowed to sit for internships.
    Infrastructure: The hostel facility is very nice, and the mess menu and meals you get are also good. The Wi-Fi facility is also good; you will get AirPro Wi-Fi along with LAN. Classrooms are fully AC and digital. Labs are conducted regularly, and there is a library with the facility of a digital library.
    Faculty: Professors are highly experienced and qualified. They take classes regularly and on time. The way of teaching is also nice. The curriculum is more practical-based, which helps students learn practically. Per semester, 3 quizzes and 1 exam happen, which can be difficult to pass for some subjects.

    Birla Institute of Technology is a very good college.
    Placements: Students must score above 60% to sit in placements. Many students got internships in the previous batch as they scored good grades. Top companies came for recruitment. More than 10 students got placed. Roles offered are as a software engineer. It is a good college.
    Infrastructure: Birla Institute of Technology campus is very huge. There are many facilities available for students. Students have a library, Wi-Fi, and lab facilities. They have huge ground also to play games. Canteen is also neat and clean. The campus is very clean, and the environment is very good.
    Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful. They teach very well and explain the concepts very thoroughly. They are highly qualified. They have good experience in teaching students. Semester exams are not tough at all as teachers teach very well. Students must score above 45% to qualify. Everyone can pass. It is a good college.

    Review of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
    Placements: Placements here are very good, and 90% of the students from our course got placed in MNCs. The average salary package offered is 5 to 7 LPA. Infosys, Wipro, TCS, FICO, Cognizant, Salt.Pe, Byju's and more than 100 companies visited here. Almost 60% of the students got an internship here. Top roles offered to the students are SDE, SE, java developer, python developer, front-end and back-end developer, etc.
    Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good inside the college, and the hostel is awesome. Wi-Fi is available 24 hours, and classrooms are big. The library is huge, so the overall view of the college infrastructure is very good. Hostel and food mess is very good and at a low price, and good quality food is available.
    Faculty: Teachers of our college are very responsible, and all the teachers are qualified and dedicated to making a better future for students. The best thing about the teacher is everyone is very good in their subject and very helpful to the students, and they all are brilliant and good mentors.
    Other: Events are organised by our college are very good. Bitotsav is a grand event happening every year at the end of exams, and many celebrities are coming here.

    The curriculum needs to be changed according to industry trends.
    Placements: The placements of BIT Mersa is very good. The companies like Amazon, Amdocs, Axis Bank, Hero MotorCorp Ltd. are frequent visitors. In total, 80% of the candidates were placed in our batch. The highest packaged offered was 18 LPA, the lowest was 3 LPA, and on an average 5.26 LPA offer were recieved.
    Infrastructure: The buildings are very maintained. The classes have Air Conditioners and comfortable seats. The Wi-Fi is available in premises and works well. The internet is not an issue. The laboratories are well clean and maintained. The computer has genuine software and updated one.
    Faculty: The teachers were helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality needs some improvements. The curriculum needs to be changed according to industry trends. It does make the student aware of the trends. But practical knowledge is also required with the relevant curriculum.
    Other: Fests are an important part of the student's life because it's time to enjoy with friends. DJ Night takes place every month.

    Really good infrastructure and facilities.
    Placements: Almost everyone got placed who were eligible. Few of the students are having backlogs and couldn't sit in the placement drive. The highest package for MCA stands at 39 LPA, while the lowest is around 3-4 LPA. Average will be 7 LPA. BIT Mesra invites lots of companies and MCA students are allowed to sit in most of them. Most number of MCA students this year got placed with Amdocs.
    Infrastructure: The infrastructure of BIT Mesra is vast. Its around 800 acres vast campus with all the facilities like high tech labs, air conditioned classrooms, central library, and of-course Wi-Fi all over campus. There are a total of 15 hostels, 13 for boys and 2 for girls from which college ratio of male to female can be guessed. It is 1:8. Mess food is good, far better from any hostel where I have lived before. The campus has got all the facilities like dispensary, sports complex, transport facilities etc. Girls Hostel have a IN-Timing for girls at 9 PM after which girls are not allowed to roam in campus. For boys, no such rule exist. If you are a girl, you might feel bad after getting into this college initially. But once you get a group, you will love the campus. There are almost 15+ clubs where lots of activities keep occurring and any student can join these clubs as per their interest.
    Faculty: Some faculty members are very helpful, and always encourage you to do more and learn more. While some faculty members are there only to teach you at the class timing. They all are knowledgeable but don't know how to deliver that knowledge to students, for those papers, you can always go to google. Teaching quality is good. Proper use of technology. Course curriculum is relevant and now from 2020 batch, they are changing the course pattern and even decreasing the course duration from 3 years to 2 years.
    Other: BIT Mesra has the biggest fest in East India named BITOTSAV. The campus has people from all around the country. BIT provides scholarship to meritorious student and different scholarships are provided to students on different basis by different organisations. There is a separate scholarship office in the Administrative block from where you can get all the information. The campus has got canteens, night canteens and shops.

    BIT Mesra stands in the top 10 engineering colleges in India.
    Placements: In BIT Mesra, there is a separate training and placement (T&P) department. There is also a separate website where all the notification and placement details are provided. Students can log in the website and check which company is going to visit the campus, its eligibility criteria and offered CTC. More than 150 companies visit the campus every year. According to the year 2018-2019 statistics, 182 companies visited the campus and is still counting. Some of the companies are Amazon, Microsoft, Amdocs, Direct I, Adobe, Tech Mahindra, Ficco, Oracle, Jio, Hero Motocorp etc. Eligibility also depends on the branch of students. For example, B.E students get high priority than M.CA students.
    Infrastructure: The campus has 2 buildings called main building and R&D building with classrooms and labs. The other building is for management course. Facilities like hostels, labs for all branches, canteen and a sports complex are available. Wi-Fi facility is available only in the academic building and hostel. Every hostel room has a LAN port for the personal use of students. Login id and password are required to access both Wi-Fi and LAN connection. Sometimes, the electricity supply is interrupted. Food provided in the mess depends on the mess comity. You can also decide the menu. The fee structure is approximately Rs. 20,000 per semester and the fee od one semester must be paid in advance. You will love the classrooms.
    Faculty: Almost all the facilities are available, like a hostel, canteen, and a sports complex. The hostel has a mess as well. Vajra, BITotsav and Pantheon are some of the fests held in BIT Mesra. For guests, there is a guest house. Separate hostels are available for girls and PhD students. Union Security Services provides 24*7 security.
    Other: You feel like you are living in a place surrounded by forest. The campus has very clean and hygienic environment. BIT Welfare society provides scholarships for students who score more than 8.5 GPA.
