Good campus life and friendly faculty members, but placements are not provided.

Placements: Above 50% is eligibility for place this course. Salary is Rs. 15000-Rs.40000 per month in India. MMM hospital, every student got an internship in my college. Cardiac technologists, Cath lab technologists. Assistant for cardiology. Echo technologists. Students should gain a general knowledge of medicine and get placed in the physician assistant.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are spacious. Canteen food is too expensive. Medical facilities are free, and registration fees are waived for students with an ID card. Sports quota is available. The mess and four canteens are functional, but the cost is very high. Full safety is ensured, but stationery items are also too expensive.

Faculty: Teachers are friendly and knowledgeable. Semester examinations are easy, depending on our preparation level. The pass percentage is 60%. Students are permitted to appear for exams only if they have 50% attendance. Otherwise, a fine will be collected. Students are often rushed to pay the fees.

Other: I love to study about the heart, so I chose cardiac technology. Couses are not in Chennai. Events and festivals will be conducted simultaneously. Campus life is so beautiful and so enjoyable.

I'm dissatisfied with the course at this college.

Placements: Around 40% of students with required skills got placed. Securing internships in other hospitals is difficult. Multi-specialty hospitals provide jobs for this course. The salary package offered is low, it depends on which place we are working. After pursuing higher studies, we can get a good package. We can secure internships easily without any training in the specialty department.

Infrastructure: In our college, they provide only theoretical knowledge but not practical. Labs are available for cardiac ops, but we haven’t been trained yet.

Faculty: Teachers only display PPT slides. A few teach well, but not every teacher. Some teachers simply come to the class, teach the topic, and leave. They won’t teach practically, so we have to go to off-campus hospitals to gain practical knowledge. There is no communication between faculty members and students. Department programs are conducted rarely. No other events, like entertainment or cultural programs, are held in our college.

Other: I thought this course was in high demand and had a good scope in the future, but the syllabus for this course in this college is insufficient. Compared to this, other colleges provide good theory knowledge as well as practical knowledge.
