GBPUAT offers admission to BTech course based on JEE Main score. Except BTech in Food Technology and Biotechnology, the selection for all BTech specialisations is based on JEE Main. Shortlisted candidates are required to participate in UKSEE Counselling. Shortlisted candidates need to pay course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

GBPUAT offers M.Sc courses which accept the admission through CUET conducted by NTA and Entrance Exam conducted by University.

Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology offers three-year BSc (Hons) course spread across six semesters. Aspirants must pass intermediate Agriculture/ Science with Mathematics or Biology or equivalent exam with at least 50% aggregate (47.5% aggregate for reserved categories) to apply for GBPUAT BSc (Hons) courses. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

The GB Pant University the highest package is not released on the official website. However, the median package 2022 is released. The College of Agribusiness Management affiliated to GBPUAT offers students the MBA course in Agribusiness specialisation. The students go through a academic outlook for 2 years during this course. Agribusiness management is the amalagamation of management studies along with the insights of agriculture subjects as well.

Scores of any one of the mentioned exam will be considered for the purpose of admission in MBA GBPUAT. Therefore, it is not important for the candidates to appear for both CAT and MAT. The candidates can prepare and prefer giving any one exam out of the both.
