Overall best university for M.A. in Women's Studies Course.

Placements: In GU, Assam, students have a 70-85% placement record with respect to our course. The average LPA of a provided standing in our study is 17 to 27. The premier recruitment agencies include, among others, Plan India, CARE India, NDTV, etc. The top recruits included Policy Analyst Programme Manager and more, in addition to our survey. This university also provides students with part-time work opportunities. 65% of the students are provided with internships.

Infrastructure: Student Wi-Fi is almost everywhere on campus. Labs are the most interesting area, well-maintained, and with rare equipment. A 7-story library is available for use. Most educational materials can be obtained from the library itself. The student-run restaurant operates year-round and serves quality food.

Faculty: The teachers are qualified and professional and get students prepared to work. The exam level is quite good, and we have slightly higher grades. Senior students from each department provide support sessions for students in the core year. The pass rate is 86%. The test is fair.

Our university was very good.

Placements: There are 42 students in our department. The highest fee is Rs. 9,000, and the lowest fee is Rs. 2,000. I don't know about companies because I am a newly joined student. Top roles offered in our course are professors, NGOs and managers.

Infrastructure: The hostels here have many facilities. My friends stay there, and the hostels are good. The facilities provided in hostels are very good. The quality of food served here is good. The canteen, medical facilities, sports and games are good.

Faculty: The teachers here are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very good. Our course was about women, and three are many girls. I don't know whether the curriculum is relevant or not because I am a newly joined student in this university. However, our seniors said that it was good.

Other: I am pursuing my graduation. This course has a chapter on women empowerment, and I loved this chapter. So I chose this subject. In our course, the information about women is the main thing, and it is the best thing.

Placements: Department of women's studies is a very good platform for the change in society. Here we got to know about women's past, women's struggle for rights, and issues that no other departments talk about. It is a multidisciplinary subject with a bundle of knowledge. During the studies, you can do the internship in many NGOs and can earn money by doing the survey. And now, the scope for women's studies is very high. You can enrol and engage yourself in the various fields of the career.

Infrastructure: I'd already mentioned that women's studies give us the opportunity to gain the knowledge, experience, and success. Our teachers are very supportive. They suggested and supported us to link ourselves in many ways. From our senior batch, 70% of the students got placements. From our batch, almost 80% of the students got the placements and earning the monthly salary more than Rs. 45,00,000 per annum.

Faculty: The faculty members of Women's studies department are very supportive. They care for all the students, and they help us to grow from the ground like many faculty members of other departments do for their students. Women's studies department is not the only department for us, but it is our family and second home. The library facility is good. You can go anytime and use computer, browser, and can read the variety of books. In the canteen, you will find clean and hygienic food. The hostel rooms are good. The management is also good. I never faced any problems related to our department.
