Yes, B.Tech. in civil engineering is offered by I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University (PTU). The programme lasts for four years and consists of eight semesters. The B.Tech. course in civil engineering places an emphasis on a variety of building, highway, metro, and smart city construction, design, and development issues. 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as courses is the minimum requirement for admission to the B.Tech. in Civil Engineering programme.

The University has also released the 2023 NIRF report. As per the report, 55 BTech, 9 MTech, and 2 MBA students were placed during IK Gujral Punjab Technical University placements 2022. The median package for BTech stood at INR 4.50 LPA. For M.Tech and MBA courses, the median package stood at INR 3 LPA and INR 2.70 LPA, respectively.

The aspirant's performance in Class 12 along with their JEE Main scores and ranks are considered for admission to the BTech courses. Additionally, the student must also meet the minimum eligibility criteria. Eligible candidates with a valid JEE Main score can further fill out the IKGPTU application form online (ptu.ac.in). The university releases a merit list after the conclusion of the application process followed by which selected students are called for counselling.

The BPharm total tuition fee ranges from INR 2.1 lakh to INR 5 lakh. It is inclusive of fees at the affiliated colleges as well. Moreover, the given fee has been calculated as per the data available from unofficial sources and thus can vary. PTU releases the fee structure for the respective admission years on its official website. The total course fee is higher as that will include exam fees, university funds, security deposit, and other fee elements as well.
