IIT Delhi OBC cutoff 2025 for JEE Advanced is yet to be released. However, during the last round cutoff in 2024, the JEE Advanced closing ranks for BTech admission varied between 89 and 3185 in the All India quota. In the first round, the cutoff ranks were more competitive for admission compared to the final round. Therefore, based on last year's cutoff ranks, a JEE Advanced rank of 7000 does not allow for admission at IIT Delhi for any BTech or Integrated BTech courses for students belonging to the OBC AI category.

IIT Delhi admission is entrance-based for all the programmes (Except for PG Diploma). For the diploma course, selection is done merit-basis. • Candidates, who have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with an aggregate of 75% or above, can appear for JEE Main, followed by JEE Advanced and JoSAA Counselling to seek BTech admission at IIT Delhi.
• Admission to MTech course is based on merit in GATE exam followed by GOAP counselling.
• For MSc, aspirants need to apply with a valid score of IIT JAM and selected candidates have to further go through CCMN counselling.

Yes, IIT Delhi campus is safe for girls and boys. The college campus is located in Hauz Khas. It has a good connection with roads and public transports. CCTV cameras are installed in the campus to keep a check on students safety. 

Candidates need to have a prep strategy in place to prepare for Part A and Part B of the CEED exam. No, IIT Delhi has separate hostels for Boys and Girls. There are no co-ed hostels. The institute has no tolerance policy for the same. Boys can only visit the girls' hostel visitor’s room and vice-versa. On house days, the institute may allow students to visit other hostels.
