The college has good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Nearly 95% of students got placed in reputed companies, and a major fraction of them easily went to foreign countries to carry out research and increasing scope of science. The average annual package offered for an M.Tech passed out is 20 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Tata Steel, Infosys, Wipro etc. Students usually work in labs of IISc during summer and winter breaks. Since good quality research is done, there is usually no need to seek internships outside.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in nearly every part of campus. Labs are well built and contain all the expensive equipment required for research. Both big and small classrooms are available which leads to good interaction with the professors. The hostels are good, and the hostel staff are very helpful. The mess food quality is good and affordable. The health center is working 24 hours, and grounds are built for dedicated sports.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good. They solve our doubts clearly. Some teachers are in a hurry to complete the syllabus. The course curriculum is decided by students themselves based on their interest and usefulness of subjects in research-oriented careers. The pass percentage is good, and hardly anyone fails. There is also an option of dropping out in the middle of the semester.
Other: I chose this course as I wanted to make the best of myself in my research career. The best thing is well-built labs and the availability of nearly every facility required in this field. The course could be improved if animated videos were available to understand concepts better. The campus is very different from Bengaluru city, and life is good. Pollution is less. Roads are covered with trees from both sides and keep it very peaceful. A variety of tournaments in diverse sports keep occurring, keeping student life enjoyable and busy.

Other: Best institute for higher studies. It is probably the best campus that an Indian college can EVER have. During my stay there, I was personally in love with the campus. The campus being within the city areas of Mathikere and Malleswaram, one feels as if one has entered a hidden paradise! The only other institute in India which can equal the scenic beauty of IISc Bangalore is IIT Guwahati.
