Highly qualified teaching staff, good crowd, great college life, and infrastructure is superb.
Placements: Above 50% of students are placed. The highest package offered is 25 LPA, the lowest is 5 LPA, and average is atleast 6 LPA - 7 LPA. Recruiting companies are Myntra and Wells Fargo. 40% of students got internships at Myntra, Urban Company, etc. Associate manager is one of the top roles offered in our BMS course along with business development associate.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is provided, labs are accessible to everyone, and classrooms are neat, well-built, and spacious. All the necessary facilities and equipment are available for a standard class including chair, benches, tables, boards, markers, fans, air-conditioning, etc. Sports facilities are superb.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are well qualified with Ph.D. They are very knowledgeable in their respective fields. Definitely, it helps students grasp an idea about how the job market works and prepares us to perform well in our jobs. Semester exams are not difficult, and are quite easy to crack. Pass percentage is 40%.

Not good on the faculty members' side.
Placements: 70 to 75% of students were placed in the course. Highest package is 15 LPA, and lowest package is 6 to 8 LPA. About 40 to 50% of students got internships. During the course, mostly in IT software development and analytics roles, the majority of the placements were in software development.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available in our course and department, for example, Wi-Fi is not good, and the lab is okay. Classroom is not bad, and their library is so bad. There is no quality in the facilities of our hostel, and they are repeating the same menu for the food.
Faculty: Teachers are not helpful, not qualified, and not knowledgeable. Teaching quality is not good, and the teachers speak with students rudely and are not friendly. But outside, they are showing that they are more friendly on the campus, and I don't know about the student industry readiness.
Other: I chose this course for my future placement. Events, and first campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings are good, but the scholarship is not good.

The college infrastructure is not good. There is no campus life in the college.
Placements: I am in the first batch of B.Sc. Computational Biology courses in Jain deemed to be University, Bangalore, J.C. Road campus. I have joined the batch of 2023 to 2026. Till now, we are 8 members in our class. But from our juniors, the strength is slightly increasing.
Infrastructure: We have a well-equipped library. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned and well-equipped with Wi-Fi. But I don't recommend taking the Jain hostel for accommodation. It is worthless. You have to pay 2 lakh for 1 year, and it is not worth paying 2 lakhs. Placements are also available for this course from various MNCs like EY, SAP Labs, etc.
Faculty: The exam in college is conducted every semester. Each semester is for 4 to 5 months. We have MCQ, mid-term, and then the mid-semester exam. Passing mark for theories is 18 out of 50. You can pass if you study well. The exams are not as difficult as those at another university. The faculty are so friendly in our department.
Other: I chose this course because there is bright future in this course once you pass out. Getting a job is very high in this course. We also have many cultural fests like Nexus, Anveshana, Onam celebration, and many more.

Good campus with placements.
Placements: 100% is the placement rate. 9 LPA is the highest package, 3 LPA is the lowest. Syngene, Biocon, etc., are recruiting companies. No internship is offered because we have top labs around the city compared to other colleges. Lab assistant and some are abroad for their Ph.D., and this college provides you with the knowledge to publish papers.
Infrastructure: We have well-equipped lab, hostel facility, good infrastructure, well-trained faculty, pleasant campus, good placement, nice cafeteria, transport facilities, a temple on campus, industrial visits, ragging-free college, research-oriented lab, and library facility.
Faculty: All post-doctorate faculty members, well-talented teachers, and research-oriented lab faculty members help a lot in placement, where they have good contacts with the industries around. The semesters are held once every 6 months, where all the students who study for at least an hour per day can pass the exam.

Knowledgeable teachers, good facilities, and no hard and fast rules.
Placements: 34 LPA is the highest package offered. Approximately 92 to 95% students get placed. Average package is 12 LPA. Minimum package is 6 to 7 LPA. Digital marketing, Business development, Sales, Marketing, Human resources, and Research analyst are roles. Amazon, Flipkart, and Deloitte are recruiters. Percentage of students getting internships is quite good.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, computer labs, classroom, gym, parking area, workshop for the students are available. If any student wants to go to the gym in college, they can surely use that facility. Access to Wi-Fi is provided for all students, and they can use it for their academic purposes. Class projectors are also available. Classrooms are also well-equipped

Good placements according to my seniors, bad food at the college canteen, and a small campus.
Placements: I really didn’t ask much about placements to my seniors, but as I have heard, Jain has pretty good placements, and the companies that recruit are mainly from Wipro, IBM, and Infosys. The course BCA is offered in different specializations, and the placements are good too.
Infrastructure: As I wanted a normal campus like any other college, the campus of Jayanagar Jain University is pretty small compared to other colleges in Bangalore. The food in the canteen doesn’t taste good, and they charge excessively more for the food. The people of the canteen change every 2 or 3 months, and each time it changes, the menu changes too, but the taste of the food never changes. Every single time it tastes bad.
Faculty: Teachers are nice and are well-known teachers who help with every doubt that is asked by the students. Teachers also help us. The course curriculum is certainly relevant, and the course staff explain it to us in a way that we understand easily, and don’t have a hard time understanding the course.
Other: I joined Jain University in 2024, and I'm currently studying at Jain University from 2024 to 2027.
